Shoulder, traps and chest are the first regions to get hypertrophied by androgens! It is a good sign, round delts are the first thing i notices during my first cycle, at about week 3. Just woke up one morning and couldnt believe it hahaha.Day 7: Weighed in at 194lbs this morning (+8lbs) and trained chest/tris/delts. Had a really good workout today, but unfortunately I didn’t see any major prs today. Worked up to 315 for two sets of one then dropped to 275x3 then 225x20. Hit the 110lb dumbbells for a set of 7 on the incline, which is a slight improvement. I was sweating a **** ton again today, probably from both the tren and preworkout. I was also complimented today by two people at the gym, mentioning that I’m looking bigger, especially in the chest and shoulders region.
For me Tren causes both anxiety and lethargy.As far as side effects go, my appetite is definitely down and I am experiencing lethargy towards the end of the day. I’m not 100% sure if the cycle is the cause of these symptoms or not; it could also just be from my calories being higher overall or even from the preworkout that I’m taking currently.

I’ve bumped my carbs up about 150g. And I think it could be that I’m taking too much preworkout, which is causing me to have giant crashes later in the day. I did a lot of cocaine for over 20 years! Trust me I’m not trying to brag. Getting into lifting got me away from lifestyle.

That amount of stims Is worst then my old yay habit. JK seriously though the crash must be intense for you. It’s weird high sugar alcohols, like the ones in protein bars always make me sleepy.Maybe insulin?

I had planned on using arimidex at .5mg eod, but I’ve only been using .5mg twice a week instead and it seems to be doing fine at that dosage.Dang! 10lbs in two weeks. Day 3: Woke up at 189lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Initially my workout was kind of shitty because my pec tendon has been bothering me for weeks, along with my shoulders. Worked up to 315x1 on the flat bench, which moved slow but went up without assistance. My workout really began to feel better though once I went to incline dumbbells, working up to 110lbs for a set of 6. I’ll probably be scheduling a deep tissue massage soon to help with my pec pain; definitely open to any suggestions as well for relieving the tension and pain in my pec tendons.
