Looking like this is going to be a PR soaked blast already :)
Hopefully it is haha. I’m aiming for at least a 365-375 bench. I’ve been to 345 before, so muscle memory alone should make it easier to get back to around there.

Day 6: Weighed in at 191lbs this morning and took today as a rest day. Definitely beginning to feel more filled out, especially in my arms and shoulders. Not much else to report on since today was a rest day haha.

Day 7: Weighed in at 194lbs this morning (+8lbs) and trained chest/tris/delts. Had a really good workout today, but unfortunately I didn’t see any major prs today. Worked up to 315 for two sets of one then dropped to 275x3 then 225x20. Hit the 110lb dumbbells for a set of 7 on the incline, which is a slight improvement. I was sweating a **** ton again today, probably from both the tren and preworkout. I was also complimented today by two people at the gym, mentioning that I’m looking bigger, especially in the chest and shoulders region.

Also, vascularity is actually seeming to slightly improve, which says a lot considering that I’m also up 8lbs so far.

Day 7: Weighed in at 194lbs this morning (+8lbs) and trained chest/tris/delts. Had a really good workout today, but unfortunately I didn’t see any major prs today. Shoulder, traps and chest are the first regions to get hypertrophied by androgens! It is a good sign, round delts are the first thing i notices during my first cycle, at about week 3. Just woke up one morning and couldnt believe it hahaha.

this may seem surreal, but since i ditched the failed pct protocol and hopped back on 125mg test per week and hcg, even though it is a small dose, i have gained strength and shoulders are looking bigger, they have some "pop" to them, just like they did on cycle.

btw that amount of tren you are running has anabolic potency comparable to a gram of test, this cycle is going to be insane.

Day 8: Woke up at 193lbs today and trained back/bis/traps. Strength and aggression today was definitely better. Worked up to 280lbs on lat pulldowns for a sloppy set of 6. Pumps today were also definitely improved. I’m excited to aim for some prs on squats tomorrow.

As far as side effects go, my appetite is definitely down and I am experiencing lethargy towards the end of the day. I’m not 100% sure if the cycle is the cause of these symptoms or not; it could also just be from my calories being higher overall or even from the preworkout that I’m taking currently.

For me Tren causes both anxiety and lethargy.
Though the lethargy usually comes well into the cycle. The anxiety happens day one with ace.

Yea, I’m honestly thinking my lethargy is from either my diet or preworkout. I definitely need to cut back on the pres.

Could be your diet, have you changed up anything drastically? Just curious why you think it’s pre workouts? I am a stim freak! It’s something that I have to monitor daily.

I did a lot of cocaine for over 20 years! Trust me I’m not trying to brag. Getting into lifting got me away from lifestyle.

Whoops, TMI, 😂 anyway still a stim freak take 200mg caffeine pills twice a day, and my pre workout has 300mg. Too much 🥺

I’ve bumped my carbs up about 150g. And I think it could be that I’m taking too much preworkout, which is causing me to have giant crashes later in the day. I’ve taken 1200mg caffeine and 675mg dmha today to put it into perspective.

I think the carb timing would be more of an issue then the increased amount. Good lawd!!
That amount of stims Is worst then my old yay habit. JK seriously though the crash must be intense for you. It’s weird high sugar alcohols, like the ones in protein bars always make me sleepy.Maybe insulin?

Day 9: Weighed in at 193lbs this morning and trained legs. My workout was really good and I managed to hit 2 prs. My first pr was a 405lb squat for a single (I haven’t been able to hit this weight in a good 6 months or so) and then I followed that pr up with a set of 315x11. The lethargy from the previous few days has also seemed to go away, although my appetite still is a bit suppressed. Also, a girl at my gym threw a steroid accusation at me, which is a compliment to me and just goes to show that the size is definitely increasing haha.

Congratulations on the Prs bro...Gotta love the steroid accusations off course you gotta act like they're accusing you of the biggest gym sin and denie it with the most serious face the moment allow and just say "I cleaned the diet up and added BCCAs and creatine😂"

Also if she notices it definitely the Bros do...Keep killing it 👍

Also, I updated my original post to include arm and calve measurements to track progress. Currently arms are up .25 to 17.25 and calves are up .25 as well to 14.75. Calves are obviously a weakpoint of mine haha.

Day 10: Woke up at 193.5lbs and trained chest/tris/delts. My workout today was really good and I managed to hit a pr of 315x2 on bench, along with a set of 315x6 with a slingshot. Pumps and vascularity are definitely increased in the gym, as well as aggression.

Day 11: Weighed in at 193lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. My workout today wasn’t too great because I couldn’t get in until later in the day, which I typically try to avoid. Stomach was kinda bothering me and I was getting a bit of bloat and indigestion in my stomach too, which might’ve been from taking 20mg dbol all preworkout.

Day 13: Woke up at 195lbs (+9lbs from start) this morning and trained chest. My workout today wasn’t really that good, mainly because my pec tendon was bothering me the whole time. As far as side effects go, my appetite is still taking a bit of a hit, and I’m now experiencing a bit more darkness in my urine, which I’ve heard isn’t uncommon on tren.

Day 14: Woke up at 196lbs this morning and took today as a rest day. Nothing really to report on today since it’s a rest day haha. Probably will go donate blood soon as a precaution and schedule a deep tissue soon to hopefully help resolve the pec tendon issue.

Yea man haha, I’ve been cramming down a lot of calories. Haven’t checked my blood pressure yet, but I have noticed on a few occasions that my breathing has been a bit more difficult. I had planned on using arimidex at .5mg eod, but I’ve only been using .5mg twice a week instead and it seems to be doing fine at that dosage.

I’ve been taking it since day one at 20mg. Only got about 11 more days left of it, 12 if you include today. I wasn’t expecting too much from it since it’s only 20mg daily; just added it as a mild kicker while I wait for the tren e to build up.

I normally just take 10mg of it preworkout then take the other 10mg 5-6 hours later. I tried 20mg preworkout twice and didn’t notice too much. Actually, I was getting like acid reflux/indigestion/heartburn issues one of the times that I took all 20mg pwo.

Day 3: Woke up at 189lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Initially my workout was kind of shitty because my pec tendon has been bothering me for weeks, along with my shoulders. Worked up to 315x1 on the flat bench, which moved slow but went up without assistance. My workout really began to feel better though once I went to incline dumbbells, working up to 110lbs for a set of 6. I’ll probably be scheduling a deep tissue massage soon to help with my pec pain; definitely open to any suggestions as well for relieving the tension and pain in my pec tendons.

No better feeling than 315 for reps on Tren A. I think when I was at 370 in BW I was at like 28 reps...I forget. Stuff is pretty crazy. Keep it up..eat like a machine.

Day 15: Woke up at 197.5lbs this morning (+11.5lbs from start) and trained back/bis/traps. My workout today was insane and lasted a solid 2.5 hours. Strength on pretty much everything was above normal and my endurance on drops sets was insane, along with insane aggression and pumps. I had multiple people today compliment me on my size and even had one guy asking me what I was taking. Worked up to a set of 265 on pulldowns for 8-10 reps today, along with a few sets of bent-over rows at 275 for 6-8 reps. Also hit 295lbs on reverse-grip pulldowns for a set of 4 for the hell of it.

Day 16: Woke up at 196.5lbs this morning and trained legs. Had a pretty good workout today, but didn’t really land any prs. Already had 2 people compliment me on how big I’ve gotten in the past few weeks. Practically getting compliments on a daily basis at this point; a lot of people are also asking me for tips on how to get bigger as well lmao. Also, I’ve been noticing weird fluctuations in body temperature lately too. Definitely sweating more overall.

Day 17: Woke up at 197lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. I had planned on doing a push day, but my chest was too sore. Strength today was insane. Hit 250x15 and 280x10 on pulldowns. Also hit 275x12 and 295x5 on bent-over rows. Also hit 7 plates on tbar rows for a set of 6-8. Libido seems to also be increasing. Felt pretty shitty after my workout, which probably has a lot to do with taking too much preworkout.
