I got one of these as a sample with an order I placed. It was more like a Brownie than a bar but tasted Great.
 
Took my last Stim (PWO) this morning for the next 8 days I am on a stim break. I will have a cup of coffee or two.
 
I am home from a week working in Vegas, an 8 day Stim Break and a week off from the Gym and the Diet. Monday back on the Band Wagon !!

I did have a great workout, but I got a lot of work to do, I weighed in this morning at 204 need to get back down to 175. I think there is a song "I left my Abs in Las Vegas"
 
Bulking (Getting Fat) is no problem for me! Loosing weight is another story !
 
Age does it, I can put on weight so easy with a bad weekend. You guys under 35 enjoy it, when you get to your 50’s, holding muscle while trying to stay some what lean very very hard.
 
I can't attribute it to age, it has been like this my whole life.

This is about me too. Take it as a good thing though, coming off of a major deficit with as much muscle as you have that isn't really that much. Lots of glycogen and water filling up the empty muscles.

Not really you lose it quite easily. You work hard at it but that is key if you want the end result you have. You actually lose fat pretty efficiently when you turn it on!

If you get on TRT won't be nearly as hard. Also staying active. If you are one that can eat a bus load of food without gaining then yeah it will be harder but for those of us who can not already it isn't such a huge adjustment.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone !!

This morning 189 LBS down 15 LBS and on my way to 175LBS. I had a shoulder work out this morning, I saw the Land Mine press attatchment fro Pro Collar and I thought this is the "New" shoulder movement I've been looking for! It was nice hot having to go to work today so I took my time and got 23 sets in about 75 minutes !!
