Yea I’m pretty familiar with benching technique haha. I actually do the bottom rom when I’m doing partials, so I go all the way down, just not all the way up. Definitely would still be worth considering the benchbloks though as an accessory.Oh okay my bad. I just see a lot of big strong guys that do care how much they bench but never get taught the little tips and tricks that put an easy 20-30lbs on and keep your shoulders safer.
