Ordered Suprabiotic for the wife and I, and can let everyone know how that is. She just came off antibiotics recently, so she will have fresh start on her gut microbiome.

Think I'm going to change the way I utilize protein. Usually I do 50g post workout. I think I will do 25g pre workout. Then 25g post workout. Then 25g at 10:30am, then lunch at 1 that comprises over 50g + protein in meat. Then dinner later 50g + protein. Triggering 5 times growth approximately.

3 applications of iconogenin. No joint relief yet. Bench pressing this morning, doing warm up sets, and can already tell it isn't going to be wise to do my working sets today. Looks like I am taking an unplanned push deload day!

Plan on getting labs again to test test and free test again. See if getting off kratom, and these herbs make a difference.

So being fully ketogenic the last couple days, only having coffee and the vaso ingredients for the BLR pre, was very happy with pump and vascularity.

In bro, just caught up and feel like im in an eerily similar boat. My lowest T was about 415 in my super early 20's, up to 505 last this time last year at 24, 515-540 is my normal range now. I've also been in a crappy mental spot following an injury, and have a little one due this december. Best of luck to you, guy!

At this point, I'm just controlling cortisol and prolactin. Once I got that under control, gave up smoking, and figured out how to minimize my stress, my test levels got better with time. I just wish I'd visited a physician that gave have a shart about me and listened. The old pricks here were much more helpful and told me what hormones to request tests on because when I asked for full bloods, I got almost nothing from my phys. I was almost to the point of completely killing my chances at a semi-normal functioning nutsack and ever having kids when it was as simple as "bruh your prolactin is fug'dup."

L-Dopa and pregnenolone have helped loads

So on pull day, I decided I'm going to focus on biceps since I have neglected them for many weeks/months. Barbell curls, DB preacher curls, farmer curls, underhand pullups. Heading to work about 30 minutes later and my biceps were having spasms. Really didn't get to hit back, but that's okay as my arms are the lagging pieces. Nothing really to report yet regarding laxo; due to storm systems coming and going my body has been aching, so I can't really gauge whether laxo produces joint relief yet. I hate the changing pressure systems, messes up my sleep, makes my back ache, joints ache, causes heart palpitations.. it is great stuff :)

Nothing too notable to report. Did end up order Leather Faze the pre workout. 500mg caffeine, so I ordered theanine as well to cut the jitters down. Supposed to have 45mg dmaa.

Initial thoughts on Leather Faze. Claims to have DMAA. Not yet feeling that. Performance also seems to be less than usual. High caffeine is probably degrading my performance. Good thing this pre was cheapish. Got my blood drawn to test DHT today. Get results probably in a couple days.

I skip on trying new pre's for this reason. They cant all be winners, but it especially sucks when it takes you backwards.

There was a few reviews on YouTube. They 3 liked it. Of course they are stim junkies and I'm not, so they probably need that much caffeine to function.

Yeah, it feels like they trying to justify putting less performance ingredients in pre workouts with more caffeine, more caffeine doesn’t equal better. I rarely use more than 200mg pre workout

I plan on cutting the pre workout dose in half and adding 1 cap of "demon drops", which is supposed to be DMAA by viscous labs. We shall see if it really is. Would make it about 250mg caff and about 50mg dmaa.

My bench has been on the stall last few weeks.

Did 220x6, 220x7, 220x6, 220x6. I wanted 7 each set.

Got some dmaa caps from vicious labs, so will see if it is the real deal, as I have used real dmaa in the past.

I think so too, light weight squatting to failure -or moderate weight with slow negatives, double dipping or even slow motion works very well for me. I do them only once per week with weight -and eod with BW -or with a medicine ball.
Cant complain about puny leg muscles- or glutes. Its all about intensity and "stimulating -not annihilating".
I also find this. Been going higher reps lower weight on squats recently due to sciatica issues and I notice that of I go extreme high like 50 reps I start getting a burn in my quads around 25 and just keep going and going and get a crazy leg pump and Doms in all the right places the next couple of days. When I try and go heavy my form and CNS takes a hit well before quad failure. I guess this is great for CNS conditioning but I don't believe it benefits as much from a hypertrophy perspective.

Interesting. Wonder then if what I had taken in the past was additional ingredients that would bring about the euphoria. DMHA is euphoric, maybe things in the past labeled as dmaa was dmha. So far some great focus. Took another cap with coffee and theanine for work.

Starting lower weight squats (185 today), I have noticed muscle memory of glutes return (bubble butt).

Good little controversial video.

That video just annoyed me. It's still calories in Vs calories out at the end of the day. I presumed that everyone knew that calories out included what your body needs to function, heal and grow not just what is "burned" through physical exertion.

Yes, keto and carnivore diets can be more efficient at fat burning so you can just eat unlimited amounts of fatty meat right? Because counting calories is stupid right? Wrong. Maybe he uses terms like "portion control" or even "eyeballing" the amounts of each food to help gain or lose fat but these are other terms for calorie control.

I totally get that the amount of calories I am eating may be completely different from what I have calculated them to be based on packaging estimates of what's in them but at the end of the day if I'm eating more or less the same foods day in and day out it makes no difference if I call that 3000 calories or 1000 calories I know that if I'm trying to lose body fat once my weight loss stalls I need to eat less i.e. less calories, less portion sizes or exercise more to continue. Telling people to stop trying to calculate their macros and calories because it's a waste of time would be so detrimental to people's goals.

If you watch more of his videos, you'll understand where he is coming from. Nobody knows exactly how many calories maintenance is. Nobody. It is impossible to calculate. That is what he is getting at. Because he is not part of the body building or competition world, he doesn't care about even near exact calories to maintain weight. In reality, someone that doesn't compete or care to compete needs to focus less on getting an exact calorie count, and get by based on a general or relative amount of energy and protein. Amount of protein matters absolutely. But typically, when one is on carnivore or keto, and they eat to comfort in a meal, they typically don't go much under or over.

Reminds me a bit of the "all calories aren't equal" arguments from the likes of Jerry ward. I can totally believe that I could eat 2500 calories on a keto diet and lose weight yet eat 2500 calories on a high carb diet and gain weight. Due to how the body utilises the food and stores the excess, water weight etc. However again if your sticking to the same diet day in and day out it still becomes a case of increasing calories to gain or reduce calories to lose.

Well, I can promise you euphoria and a "speedy" high on DMAA, if used with the right ingredients.
Here my pre-party mix (would work for a workout too -a loooong workout):
ECA+DMAA (famous banned PWO combo)
Phenibut 1.5gr
Piracetam 2.4gr / 3 hours in another 2.4gr
little bit of alcohol (1-2 small beer) after 1-2 hours

Euphoria will last for up to 4 hours. Energy on it lasts for about 6 hrs. Similar high as Molly -but less empathy.
