Just poping in for a quick update. Weight has stayed around 205. Still beating the log book on big lifts by either 5lbs or a extra rep or 2 every workout. I havnt had a day off from work in almost 2 weeks and averaging only 5 to 6 hours of sleep with a nap here and there. So all things considered I'm glad to be making some progress. From past experiences with dmz and msten, right about now 2.5 weeks in is when the size should come so I gotta try to eat more and sleep more to keep up with all the demand I'm putting on myself. Going to switch my routine up a little and try some new exercises too. Taking a 3 day mini vacation at the end of the week to hopefully recharge the batteries and at the end of next week il put up my current lift numbers, bodyweight and a progress pic
