Nah how’d it went ?
It was a good fight. Pacquiao knocked him down in the first round, but it went the distance (12 rounds). Thurman came on late in the fight. A couple more rounds and Thurman probably would have won the fight. Pacquiao won the decision. He impressed me to be able to fight like that at 40 years old against an undefeated 30 year old.

I lost $50 bucks on the fight to me brother haha. I was still happy for Pac man. Thurman talks too much.

Restless night sleep last night. It took me awhile to fall asleep and then woke up a few times.

Took 1 cap of SAS with breakfast this morning. I am on my way to work now drinking a Bang energy drink. I will probably do 3/4 of the can (about 225mg caffeine).

I took 1 gram of yellow kratom and it knocked out the “drag ass”. Feeling pretty good now.
Never cared for Kratom myself, didn’t feel much even at higher doses and it was a nightmare to get down haha. I will say one of the red vein strains worked extremely well for helping someone close to me get through opiate withdrawal though. I might have to try a tincture sometime and see if that works better for me, but damn I’ll never do that powder again

Yeah, it’s not for everyone nor should it be.

It can be helpful during certain types of situations and when used responsibly.

Took my second cap of the day of SAS at 2pm with the rest of my Bang (1/4 remaining about 75mg caffeine). Cruising along nicely this afternoon.

I gotta say I think SAS extends the mood boost of yellow kratom for me. I don’t think it potentiates it. I feel it simply extends the mood boost of it. I only used a small 1 gram dose of kratom in the late morning. Then another small 1 gram dose in the late afternoon. The mood boost lasted longer than usual with both doses.

I am not sure how higher doses would go, but with low doses (of the kratom and SAS) they seem to have some synergy.

Got home from work and we at dinner. We took the kids on 2 mile (1 mile to beach + 1 mile home) walk to watch the sunset. It was still damn hot out, but also felt good to get a little sweat going.

It was good to get a brisk walk in after after dinner.

Anyone watch the Pacquiao vs Thurman boxing fight last night?
First thanks for the info on how it feels with Kratom. That's good to know.

I thought the fight was good; one of the best I've seen in a long time. I was rooting for Manny ever since Thurman's crucify him comment.

My work schedule today was stupidly ridiculous! I saw way too many patients in a 10 hour day. I felt like I had no time to breathe today. I wasn’t able to take a lunch or a 5 minute break. I was overwhelmed and hangry! I came home and ate quickly and finished some documents/patient reports (about another 1.5 hours) I had still not completed for the day.

I took 1 cap of SAS with breakfast, another at 2 pm and a third one at 5pm. I feel like it didn’t really help today. Well I didn’t have a panic attack or an anxiety attack so maybe it did still help to prevent those.

Good thing is I usually only have about 2 days each month that winds up being this high of a workload.

Glad it is over! I just got out of the shower and looking to relax on the couch for a few. I will probably watch some mindless TV to help decompress.

Tough morning- can’t seem to shake the tiredness. Feeling lethargic and body aches. I have been able to keep up with my work schedule today, but it’s definitely been difficult. I am hoping for a better afternoon.

This morning at 6:30am was breakfast with a cap of SAS. I took a 200mg caffeine tab on the way to work.

I am going to take another cap of SAS at 1pm with 100mg caffeine (half the tab), 100mg Teacrine and 250mg Dynamine. Hopefully this will knock out the fatigue funk I am in right now.

I apologize that I can’t remember right off hand but have you tried Focus XT? The reason I’m asking is that it’s great for mental focus, clarity, concentration, and energy and has some good potential synergy with Stress & Anxiety Support.

I have used it as soon as you released it (pink lemonade and blue razz). The profile on it is a thing of beauty!

The effects were as described. Great focus, alertness, clarity and good clean energy. However, when the energy started wearing off my mood would plummet.

Unfortunately, I cannot tolerate choline in high doses. 300mg and under is ok as long as I don’t use it everyday. My mood plummets and can bring on a bout of depression if I am not careful.

It’s fine to ask, but most physicians are blind and essentially uneducated about herbal supplements. There certainly are exceptions, but most of them are so brainwashed by big pharma and what they were taught in school, that they can’t even see other options. If they approach this in a logical manner and actually can wrap their brain around this, they will probably say not to combine Lexapro with anything that influences serotonin- due to fear of “serotonin syndrome.”

The extracts in S&A support do in fact influence serotonin, so I suppose it could be something to be aware of. Honestly though, working in the hospital I have only seen cases of serotonin syndrome as a reasult of people intentionally overdosing on antidepressants along with some recreational drugs. IMO- the changes of serotonin syndrome occurring from combining Lexapro with S&A Support is slim to none.

I have taken all the popular SSRI’s- including Lexapro specifically for about a year. For what it’s worth, I have never had any issues combining SSRI’s with any supplements that also impact serotonin. I will say that I don’t do well with high dosed Bacopa (Bacognize), but nobody I have talked to really seems to- even without an SSRI on board.

Bottom line, if it were me I would stay on the Lexapro (assuming that it has been helpful), and work in S&A Support and feel things out. I am still on Prozac, and I will be trying this without even giving it a second thought.

Very much appreciated! My wife (as well as mom, sister, step mom, and pretty much all the women in my family) is a nurse so we have some pretty reasonable medical knowledge between us as well. One of my best friends from college as well is a doctor and also suffers from some nasty anxiety and depression too so we’ve been talking to her as well.

One of the big things we want to be cognizant of outside of just the potential effects is any insurance issues that could come up ‘should there be any problem, even if not expected. Just need peace of mind and to do the right thing by her.

Again, I really appreciate the feedback and info as I know you’ve lived it.

Early morning workout with 1.5 scoops Quake 10.0 (about 260mg caffeine) and 2 grams cordyceps. I did 30mins of cardo (15min row machine + 15min stationary bike) and a bi’s and tri’s workout.

1 cap of SAS post-workout with a protein shake on the way to work.

Took my first two this morning. Was already taking a few of the main actives and needed to take something to help me avoid starting Anabolic Effect until next week....

I wasn’t able to beat the second half of the day sluggish feeling. It too a lot of effort to keep up with the little ones when I got home. Thankfully I just put them both down to sleep for the night.

What is this sluggish theme going on the past few days all about? Is this something new for you?

This morning I woke up anxious as fuk! I think it was stemming from a work related issue that I was letting get to me yesterday and last night. Anyway, I immediately took 1 cap of SAS at 6am then another with breakfast at 6:30am. I was feeling that anxiousness with fatigue so on the way to work I drank a C4 natural plus about 50mg caffeine tab (about 170mg of caffeine in total). I started feeling better by the time I got in to work. I did need to add an additional 100mg of caffeine tab in the late morning to get me through the day. I took a 3rd cap of SAS at 1pm.

No real anxiety breakthrough just that anxious feeling that did eventually subside.

Overthinking goes hand in hand with anxiety....no doubt. It can drive you crazy! It’s definitely one of my patterns that has been my own worst enemy. Some people have a more natural ability to switch their brain away from dwelling on things that upset them. Others struggle to let things go and it turns into a viscous cycle of negativity.

I have gotten better over the years at forcing myself to let things go that I recognize won’t be resolved or changed (at least in the short term) no matter how much time I spend going over it repetitively in my head. It’s easier said than done, but “letting things go” is one of the biggest weapons against anxiety..

I had a few drinks in me when I wrote this last night, but it remains true!

Thanks for posting this Ricky! Sometimes we need to be reminded of these things. I know exactly what you are saying although it helps hearing it from someone else.

I am still relatively young on my battle with anxiety/overthinking/negative thinking/depression as it has only been in my life for about the last 3-4 years. It sure as fuk feels like forever, but in the big picture that has only been a small part of my life. It’s good to hear how others deal with it.

I think many get/have these feelings. It's how you use those feelings in a positive way and to you advantage to overcome the harder times:)

Yesterday was a rough day. No anxiety, but bad sluggish/lethargic feeling I wasn’t able to kick it. I forced myself to the gym in the late morning with 1.5 scoops of White Flash and 2 grams of cordyceps. The workout was underwhelming. Felt like feet stuck in mud.

We took the kids to a trampoline park (not my suggestion lol). It took everything I had to keep up with the little ones while I was feeling lethargic with back pain and body aches. The kids had a good time though so in the end that makes it worth it.

I did 1 cap SAS with breakfast and another on an empty stomach around 2:30pm.

This morning I took 1 cap of SAS at 7am a little before breakfast. Church was after that. I was feeling a bit tired. I should have taken the day off from the gym to help my body heal up, but I chose to still go. My wife will be out of town for work Monday-Wednesday night so I will be taking care of the kids on my own. The chances of getting a workout in will be low. So I took OG Kraken today plus 2 grams cordyceps and had a strong workout! Old faithful OG Kraken came through lol

I will report back on how the rest of the day goes.

This is an example of an ideal or rational stress response. People that process situations and their thoughts in this manner don’t have GAD, or have come full circle and have learned how to manage it very effectively.

I will be interested to hear about your stress level with your wife out of the house. Maybe you should accidentally lose you cell phone for 2 days as well?

Had a good night’s sleep last night. I woke up feeling refreshed and no back pain or body aches like I usually have in the mornings. I have been sleeping on the couch for the past year. Last night I slept in our king size Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. It’s crazy the difference it makes on your body when you get up in the morning.

I took 1 cap of S&A with breakfast at 6am. I drank half of a Bang on the way to work. I added 1 gram of taurine to it.
