Insuligen

40% OFF Super Sale

$39.99

Note: I have temporarily reduced the website price from $59.99 to $49.99, so once you use the am20 discount code, the price will go down to $39.99 a bottle.

Hello, fellow AM members. Since the release of Insuligen several months back I have received numerous pm's and emails asking if I am ever going to run a sale on Insuligen. While product feedback has been great, the complaint I hear most often is that the price is just too high. At $59.99 a bottle, it simply falls outside the budget for most people when it comes to a GDA-type product.

As a result, I have decided to run a short-term Insuligen Super Sale. At nearly 40% off, it is the biggest discount I have ever given on a product. The sale will begin today (Wednesaday, 7/10) and end Friday (7-12) at midnight! The link is displayed below.

Is this still the original version. I thought I saw somewhere that once you sell out there would be a change in formula due to one ingredient being too expensive

It's still the original. I had one big batch...and it's nearing it's end. Once it's gone, I will make something else.

I still don't see the link to publications (especially the one for research performed at King’s College in London which seems questioning the safety of regular gymnema extracts) you said you were going to post.

I'll tell you the same thing I told you before. If you want to read the King's Collegs study in full, look it up. You have the study name, the location, the manufacturer's information, etc. If you dispute the study results, contact the researcher's who performed it and debate with them. The information is available to all. I don't have the time to do your homework for you.

If you have any other questions regarding the product, post away. PubMed is a great, easily accessible tool anyone can use. I will show you how if you like.

Any feedback on this stuff yet?
Lots. In put up a post with a bunch of links to customers providing feedback. I will look for it and re-post it as soon as I find it.

Only thing I want you to show is the study references you said months ago you were going to post but you didn’t. You said we have the study name but this is not true. You just said study done by kings colleges in london. This is extremely vague. If it’s so easy to find this study just post the link or the name/pubmed id of the study.

The lack of study references in the product write up is enough for me as a proof of non existence of the references. So I stop here and let you sell your products.

1.) For those of you who are wondering, Rostam is purposely trying to start **** because of an argument we had regarding Vicaine a couple years ago. He thought selling the product was unethical and also posted some inaccurate information regarding the product's effects. Obviously, I did not share his opinion...and in response to the inaccurate info he posted, I put up some study links showing he was wrong. He did not like that and as a result, he became an even bigger cock, so I eventually got irritated and dug into him for it. Since then he has followed me around attempting to discredit me anywhere he can (he hasn't succeeded).

2.) Rostam's current gripe is in regards to Insuligen and has to do with a claim I put forth in my product description. In this claim I drew from a clinical study performed at King's College, in which I referenced a particular ingredient's (GymnePURE) ability to induce Insulin secretion without damaging beta cell wall integrity (unlike other gymnema products). Due to being extremely busy, I told him that if he wanted to validate that particular claim (which was very minor and had nothing to do with the product's effectiveness), he would have to look it up himself-- a discussion he appears to have forgotten. Now, if a member were to ask a sincere question in an innocent manner, I would have no problem spending my time in an effort to help them, but when someone has zero intention of spending a single penny on the product and is just trying to start ****, I typically don't waste my time on such individuals (i.e. Rostam).

3.) With that said, since Rostam continues to try and cause problems (despite me previously telling him that if he wanted any info he would have to find it himself), I feel like I have no choice buy to search for the study links. However, I will say this. If Rostam EVER attempts to discredit any aspect of any product ever again, without any evidence to back up his claims, I will seek a perm ban from the Admin.

Before moving onto the studies below, allow me to cover a few things first. To re-cap the issue, the makers of GymnePURE (the specific type of gymnema I use in Insuligen) performed a study showing that it does not damage/kill beta cells walls when used at effective human doses. The same is not true of regular gymnema extracts. In other words, regular extracts induce insulin release by causing an increase in beta cell wall permeability (bad), while GymnePURE causes insulin release by stimulating insulin exocytosis (good).

The first study posted below pertains to GymnePURE (also known as OSA), while the second study pertains to a differnet gymnema extract known as GS4, which stimulates insulin secretion in the same manner as regular gymnema extracts. In the second study you will see the term "trypan blue uptake". The reason the researchers are measuring trypan blue uptake is because it indicates the presence of beta cell wall damage/death. Notice that GymnePURE avoids this deleterious effect, while normal Gymnema does not.

In conclusion, GymnePURE (OSA; a high molecular weight form of gymnema) has been studied extensively and is widely regarded as the most effective and safest form of Gymnema available today. Information regarding GymnePURE is very easy to find on PubMed, for those of you who may be interested in diving further into the details. See blue highligthed text below. Thank you.

Characterisation of the insulinotropic activity of an aqueous extract of Gymnema sylvestre in mouse beta-cells and human islets of Langerhans.

Author information

Abstract

Leaves of the Gymnema sylvestre (GS) plant have been used to treat diabetes mellitus for millennia, but the previously documented insulin secretagogue effects of GS extracts in vitro may be non-physiological through damage to the beta-cells. We have now examined the effects of a novel GS extract (termed OSA) on insulin secretion from the MIN6 beta-cell line and isolated human islets of Langerhans. Insulin secretion from MIN6 cells was stimulated by OSA in a concentration-dependent manner, with low concentrations (0.06-0.25 mg/ml) having no deleterious effects on MIN6 cell viability, while higher concentrations (> or = 0.5 mg/ml) caused increased Trypan blue uptake. OSA increased beta-cell Ca2+ levels, an effect that was mediated by Ca2+ influx through voltage-operated calcium channels. OSA also reversibly stimulated insulin secretion from isolated human islets and its insulin secretagogue effects in MIN6 cells and human islets were partially dependent on the presence of extracellular Ca2+. These data indicate that low concentrations of the GS isolate OSA stimulate insulin secretion in vitro, at least in part as a consequence of Ca2+ influx, without compromising beta-cell viability. Identification of the component of the OSA extract that stimulates regulated insulin exocytosis, and further investigation of its mode(s) of action, may provide promising lead targets for Type 2 diabetes therapy.

Gymnema sylvestre stimulates insulin release in vitro by increased membrane permeability.
Persaud SJ1, Al-Majed H, Raman A, Jones PM.
Author information

Abstract

To determine whether extracts of Gymnema sylvestre may have therapeutic potential for the treatment of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), we examined the effects of an alcoholic extract of G. sylvestre (GS4) on insulin secretion from rat islets of Langerhans and several pancreatic beta-cell lines. GS4 stimulated insulin release from HIT-T15, MIN6 and RINm5F beta-cells and from islets in the absence of any other stimulus, and GS4-stimulated insulin secretion was inhibited in the presence of 1 mM EGTA. Blockade of voltage-operated Ca(2+) channels with 10 microM isradipine did not significantly affect GS4-induced secretion, and insulin release in response to GS4 was independent of incubation temperature. Examination of islet and beta-cell integrity after exposure to GS4, by trypan blue exclusion, indicated that concentrations of GS4 that stimulated insulin secretion also caused increased uptake of dye. Two gymnemic acid-enriched fractions of GS4, obtained by size exclusion and silica gel chromatography, also caused increases in insulin secretion concomitant with increased trypan blue uptake. These results confirm the stimulatory effects of G. sylvestre on insulin release, but indicate that GS4 acts by increasing cell permeability, rather than by stimulating exocytosis by regulated pathways. Thus the suitability of GS4 as a potential novel treatment for NIDDM can not be assessed by direct measurements of beta-cell function in vitro.

I'll make it short.

1)We never had any argument on any other of your products than gymnema safety studies.
2)I had to report your post because you are threatening to ban me just because I dare asking for references.

1.) Bullshit.

2.) Bullshit.

I told you more than once (months ago) that I was not going to find any references for you...and that if you wanted them, you would have to find them yourself. Despite that, you have continued to follow me around saying my product doesn't do what is claimed. You have now done this numerous times over months...for the specific purpose of trying to discredit me...and I am sick of it.

We will take this up with the admin. You're not allowed to follow around sposnors bashing and discrediting them simply because they don't provide you with the info you demand. Find it your f'ing-self you lazy POS. But...because you continued trying to discredit me without any evidence whatsoever, I was forced to spend my free-time searching for these references just to get you to stop...and like usual, the references prove you are WRONG. However, because you decided to press this...and have LIED again by saying that all you did was ask for references, I will take this to the admin.

So I stop here and let you sell your products.

Then I would suggest you do so since he did provide what has been asked. You can't constantly badger people. If you ask and they refuse, then you have to respect that and let others decide.

Question. I have seen products with 500mg of 3 hydroxyisoleucine. Is that not needed?
I belive that product is almost certainly mislabeled. Why? For one, I am VERY familiar with 4-HIL and the different forms one can purchase it in. You can either get it as Fenugreek Etract standardized for 4-hydroxyisoleucine, which is expensive as heck. Or, you can get it in pure, syntheisized form, which is even more costly; prohibitively so. In order for a manufacturer to purchase 500 mg of 4-HIL (from fenugreek extract standardized for 20% 4-HIL) in a 60 serving bottle, it would cost roughly $37. Again, this is the manufacturer's cost, so the company would have to sell the product for much more...and that's if they didn't have a single other ingredient in their product.

Furthermore, 500 mg of 4-HIL from 20% Fenugreek extract would yeild a total weight of 2.5 grams, which would require about 5 caps per serving. Again, this is if they have no other ingredients in the product at all.

If a supp company wanted to include 500 mg of synthesized 4-HIL in their product, it would cost even more! Significantly more. Much more. This means the manufacturer would be paying at least $50-$60 just for this ingredient alone. So, unless they are selling this product for over $100 (More like $200 using today's typical, inflated profit margins) , they do not have that much synthesized 4-HIL in their product.

Remember, if a company writes 4-HIL on their ingredient label without stating that it comes from Fenugreek extract, they are essentially claiming that the only form of 4-HIL their product contains is pure, synthesized 4-HIL.

Do you see where I am going with all this...in terms of both cost, cap weight and labeling?

Any more specials.
Yes, very soon. In a few days I am going to put insuligen and MA-PUMP on super sale in a few days, as I want to make room for more inventory before the new products come out. Therefore, I am trying to blow out the remainder of what I have (Insuligen and MA-PUMP).

As I stated previously, I am not making another run of Inuligen (due to cost), nor am I going to do another run of MA-PUMP, as I belive I can make an equaly effective, non-stim pump product for less money. The new pump product won't have all the volumzing & recovery compounds MA-PUMP does (creatine, betaine, etc.), but it will be at least equally effective from an acute pump producing standpoint...for less money. Basically, it won't be as comprehensive as MA-PUMP, but it will provide an equal acute pump for less dollars. At the prices I will be blowing MA-PUMP out for, it will likely be a very long time before the industry sees anything as potent being sold for as little. :)

@Mike Arnold I bought three bottles of Insuligen and even at $60 a bottle it’s well worth it! I’ve tried every GDA under then sun going back to the Recompodrol days and Insuligen is one of the very best I’ve ever tried. I’d pay $60 a bottle any day for something that’s this effective. Mind you it works differently then the average GDA. Read the write up and you’ll see how. Such a great product I wish I stocked up more then just 3 bottles.

My wife was pregnant while I was on it and with our daughter being born 4 weeks ago that makes 10 months of me eating like **** (considering my wife always wanted high carb meals during her pregnancy) and not having time to cook healthy the last 4 weeks that our daughter was born made my diet even worse. I though for sure I would put on at least 10-15 lbs of pure fat (thats how bad my diet was/is) but I took/still take 3 caps twice a day before my two heaviest carb meals while continuing to workout and I’ve put some serious muscle mass and just a little bit of fat. Everyone keeps commenting on how much more musclar I look. I’ve never experienced these kinds of results from a GDA. I love this stuff!
