Experimented a lot in the past with Vit-C, making my own liposomal using ultrasonic cleaners and all. It did not work half as good for me as a Ban-Lan-Gen/Elderberry combo.

Look it up, both products should be known to all of humanity for its anti viral properties.

Well, found a small aching lump behind my right nipple.
I suspect that my adex is bunk, its the most probable scenario. Supposedly made in Argentina, never had that before.
Took as a first measure 25mg Exemestane.
Found some Russian Tamoxifen pills in my fridge, 9x 20mg. Hopefully its enough to solve the problem.

I was wondering all the time, why I had difficulty breathing after light cardio and libido trouble, also why my weight got up. Who would have thought the adex is bunk and estrogen was high all the time?

I can't say via what mechanisms it does it since many are "non-aromatizing" but orals always give me weird estrogen sides until ive been on for a few weeks. I think it has something to do with rebounding hormones as orals are fast in and out spiking androgen levels. Ive never been able to figure it out but its like clockwork. Whenever I start an oral I need to up my ai.

Also, freeing up more test its possible the test itself is converting since your body is getting anabolic/androgenic receptor activity through other compounds.

Your theory about more free circulating estrogen may be correct also or could be a combo of things.

Could be many factors, could be stronger UGL test, could be more free estrogen from the SHBG increases or some combination of both. Could just be a build up or rebound of aromataise enzyme converting more than usual.

How long have you been on 400? If levels weren’t built up yet they could finally be peaking as well.
Longer, about 7 weeks now.

Nipple ache is gone and lump starts reducing its size.
After taking the 25mg exem, same day as I took 1mg adex, I lost 10 lbs of water over night.

What I did now:
-bought more nolva
-switched adex brand
-switched proviron brand
-bought some winstrol (thinking of adding 25mg/d to curb progesterone)

Yesterday and today were full body workouts, 80% effort.
Diet is 700-1000kcal deficit, IF - 21/3.

Feeling good, everything works as planned again.

One week in a deficit and at IF-21/3 with low carbs is showing some effect.
Weight is going down, have some doms in arms and abs. I can feel the 25mg/d winstrol, giving a bit more aggression and "tightness".
The gyno flareup is knocked out, will keep taking nolva for the last two weeks of the cycle.

That’s one hell of an IF protocol brother. In line with many of the biohackers going after longevity. Personally it wasn’t fitting my lifestyle and I’m just doing a 36 fast once every 2 weeks (just picking a day and fasting all day)

Not sure why the adex requirement has gone up but agree with the others it’s probably a combination of factors.....

The real "fun" is my self imposed rule:
"No gym - no food."
Now every day is gym day, LOL.
Haha this is a great rule and one that I recently applied as well! On days when I’m too sore to hit any other body group I’ve been having some of the best ab workouts ever, my rule there is if it’s under 30 minutes it doesn’t count. Always struggled to motivate myself to do abs, this makes it much easier!

Circuit 1:
BW triceps skull-crushers (smith bar hip height) 16/14/12
Elevated "type writer" push ups: 12/9/7
BB straight bar curls 90lbs: 14/14/14

Circuit 2:
Roman Chair leg lifts, lowering 3 sec.: 19/16/14
Decline crunches max height, hands behind head: 16/ 13/8
BB straight bar reverse grip curls 70lbs: 18/16/16

Circuit 3
Seated one armed row 135lbs: 10/10/10
BB close grip bench press, tut 4.1.1, 135lbs: 19/17/15
Lat pull down wide: 235lbs: 11/10/9

Circuit 4
Leg press 4sec up/ 4sec down, 400lbs: 14/12/10
seated leg extensions: 150lbs: 22/16/17
one armed kettle bell lateral rises 20lbs: 12/12/10

Scale says: 94kg (207lbs), that is good. Long term goal is to get under 90kg (198lbs) with sub 15% BF

Changed my gym for a cheaper one. Have to get creative, as it has less equipment.
One downside is, I'm not the strongest looking guy anymore in the gym. The most expensive gym had all the puzzy azz lawyers and politicians, the cheaper gym has some hulky brutes. The PT who also sits at the desk is an animal beyond believe. Gonna train harder and make him my biatch! Muhahaha!

Just to share some thoughts with older dudes:
As we age, we lose confidence. Mainly confidence in our ability to deal with the ground we stand on. You know what I mean? We have a fear of falling and breaking bones, the ground has become a synonym for danger and injury. Getting on our knees -and up again is more and more difficult, we avoid it.
The second thing I want to address is "functional strength". I have the feeling that I'm only strong in the gym -but not in real life. Last time I had to uproot plants and carry them a few feet. It was a hassle, because of the angle and not having something to grip on.

I'm very determined to change that by doing more body weight stuff. When using weights, I will pay way more attention to possible angles and grips I can change, to not get an exclusive "linear strength" for certain movements.
