Hey boys, I been getting heart palpitations now off and on for the past 3-4 years now. Been to the doctor for it. Wore a holter, done an EKG, done an ECG seen a cardiologist and had buncha blood work done. Everything says I'm normal. Cardiologist told me that some people just get heart palpitations and it's no big deal. I told him that sometimes when I go hard in the gym it can trigger them and he told me not to worry about it because hard training increases adrenaline which will increase palpitations. Anyway, today I was training and I'm on a new routine with a coach. He has me doing stuff in the 12-15 rep range where I normally train in the 6-10 rep range. I think this new style of training may be triggering more palpitations as I'm breathing harder and maybe holding my breath and pushing and these palpitations scare the hell out of me however I am still here and alive and well. Does anyone else get them and wanna tell me about it? I'm pretty stressed and I hate them
