Thanks. Im running them both as well. I literally never stop.
Also running our new pre and a new anabolic that hopefully will see release mid summer. This stuff is insane.
 
Been a while since ive repped. MA research was my last gig for Mike Arnold.

@brundel id be down to do it. Have a bit more free time right now I could commit. I think I meet all requirements. Intelligence is subjective I guess in reference to conversation ;)

I have used many of your products . I’m open to repping.
 
In fact I just got done with a short mini vector cycle and looking to save up again for some stuff funny enough.

I agree. We will for sure filter the applicants because we do need them to know our products.
 
My opinion, someone that isn't necessarily a fanboy already, but is more neutral could be a more honest rep. Not saying someone already a fan cannot be an honest rep, but someone neutral, not already pro or con. Non bipartisan, but would make a great rep.

Ehh I dont know. I believe sometimes it takes loving the product and being willing to learn the business/sales aspect. I think having actual passion for the brand is the best starting place. The rest can be taught. If it cant be then simply allow them to be a hype man lol. Best of luck to who gets to join the Black Lion Research team!
 
Absolutely, one should be passionate. Especially with what they do. Why I prefaced that not all fanboys will be dishonest, or bad reps. Here is an analogy, companies that hire, and they disregard someone without a certain degree, and hire the one with a degree. That company may of passed up an asset because theirs eyes were on a degree. I have been passed up on a promotion once because the person competing against me had favoritism on his side, and he was a smooth talker. I was honest and a hard worker.
 
I think having a nice mix on the team is important. If a rep was a fanboy before they were hired on, it shows they truly believe in and enjoy using the products and can really create excitement around said products.

In addition, having someone who may not be viewed as a fanboy but still used the products, understands the science and how to utilize those products in a given scenario can create rapport and trust by being a straight shooter.

Knowing how to sell is important but with the sales jobs I have had and the sales job I currently have, really believing in the product I was selling made it that much easier and more natural.

I have used letrone, nootrol, the og formeron, prolactrone and was one of the original beta testers for exotherm. All products that work. BLR has always been a real supplement company in terms of a guy formulating their products based upon results and not afraid to go against the grain either.


Still waiting for that pwo tho!

Man, i wish I had any interest in repping at all as this would be one of the few companies I'd actually be able to rep for. I appreciate the ingenuity of the company and willingness to take risks on new ingredients. Best of luck to all applicants.

In my opinion, Brundel already does a good enough job of being his own hype man. I think someone with a bit more of a straight shooter attitude with the ability to have a true understanding of the scientific principles behind the products would be a great fit for the company.

Someone told me thats basically what the word association thread is for. Should probably redact those from post count and watch some people with a few thousand go down to a couple hundred.

Someone that has used all the products, and knows them in and out, I would also select them over me, who hasn't used most of the products. (Do have an understanding of the ingredients).

After loggin a few products for @brundel I can say he has some great products. I used exotherm (great product) and I believe it was a beta version of follidrone2.0. I remember at the time he had his reps testing them out at the same time and I just thought to myself “damn I’d love to be one of his guys with open access to his new formulations” For sure one of the great companies on AM. Great opportunity here for anyone looking to work with a progressive company. Good luck fellas

Good to see how many quality guys are actually interested. I mean seriously. From loggers who are quite detailed to long time and great standing active board users who have been here for awhile. BLR is about to seriously hit an all time high! Congrats and way to show up guys!
