Sorry...getting the best results with empty stomach or just a tiny bit of food. Full meal seems to blunt the acute effects.

Hey Matt, what would be the optimal way to dose both the caps and the liquid? Also, is it better to just add a few caps of the brite enhanced or is the regular dosage of brite enhanced + the liquid a better combo?

You can add a cap before bed (or adjust so you take a full dose before bed) but you will go to bed warm and potentially wake up freezing as the sweat evaporates.

You can take standard dosing of both together.

I have to laugh at this. I know it makes you feel good about yourself, but it just isn't true. I've eating everything from lowly habanero to pure capsaicin, on average just Carolina or scorpion peppers. There's tons of races who can't handle anything spicy, surprisingly a lot you would think could do so. Then again, there's different types of "white people", and people who just haven't naturally development a tolerance. Sorry for the rant, I just hate that **** in 2019.

Otherwise, I love your stuff Matt. Been using it for years! Came here to read some reviews on brite caps. Just got them today.

Same. Notice some acute effects when taken preworkout but that’s been about it. Almost finished with my 2nd bottle.

One of my biggest issues has been the unwillingness of people to post positive reviews. While I'm hearing from a lot of customers that are very pleased with their results, these are all direct messages.

I have gotten great results. I know this is supposed to be a slower “return” fat burner product so i dosed at 9 a day (under dosed bottle). Like i stated before, at this dose, having experienced DNP, this dose would be equivalent to what the 2nd gen pro hormones were. Not the real thing but definitely a difference maker. Went from 220lb to 206lbs after adding this in. 2 months in. Probably will keep this dosage when running the proper dosed bottles. Will continue to purchase a bottle every paycheck because definitely a nee staple for me.

So I am on my third bottle two under dosed ones just started a regular bottle. Just read the last comments so decided to take a dose on a empty stomach before the gym it’s like I am in a sauna. I was feeling warm starting with the third bottle so maybe I should take all my doses on a empty stomach.

I get best results either on empty stomach or barely anything (maybe a shake or a white fudge Ding Dong, fresh out of the freezer). If I take them on a full stomach the results aren't as noticeable.

Into my 3rd underdosed bottle. The first bottle I stayed really hot no matter how I dosed. Now, 30mins prior to meal works best. Face and arms stay red from body temp.

Diet hasn't been greatest, however still dropping and staying same weight on cheat days. Added TTA-500 on Saturday at 1g.

Side note.. is Gut health ultimate ready to ship? I see it on site. Heading to Puerto Vallarta in 30 days, and i always take it while out of country.

Can we open the caps and put them in a preworkout? For example radiate +? Then with a shake later on? Menthol is strong but as long as it doesn't destroy the usage I can deal.

Yeah, you can do that. For a while I was taking straight powder. It's not bad at all.

Hey Matt, do you still think brite and lipomorph makes a good combo? I remember a few years ago you said they had a good synergy and that you helped bounce ideas back and forth with the creators of lipomorph. The formula has since been updated so wonder what your take on it is.

Several questions in here for you...

Also, I just started Brite finally. Also still using DCP but only have 2 weeks left. Debating on using 2 caps 3 times a day of the Brite (full dose caps) when the DCP runs out. Any reason or danger not to?
