If you go from hypogonadal now to pinning 2cc test frontload & a cc of eq, then in 3 weeks add in 20mg Msten for 6 weeks, you are going to look massively enhanced in 9 weeks. Then finish out the eq to carry you through summer. You could put a ton of lean mass on with some Fortitude/Doggcrapp/Mountaindog Training.
Oh yeah, I will be doing just the TRT dose until I get my blood work done on April 25th but started with 400mg to get levels up to normal quicker. I will be able to view my results in about 2-5 days after that and that is when I will decide if things are looking good enough to run a cycle or not. I am not sure what my lipids look like after being so low on test for a bit. I want to make sure I am at least reasonable. However I am also going to get some of the support supps you and I have been discussing and start those once they come in.

Well, already feeling a little bit better after getting a little test in me. Will have to watch for temper during the first week or two while my body readjusts to having normal levels of androgens back in it. Sometimes I can get caught up in that alpha feeling and have to check myself when adjusting to higher levels of androgens.

Foot is feeling pretty good, really working on making sure I apply weight onto my whole foot, and purposely try to keep that foot in pretty much straight forward. It is taking a lot more concentration to do than you would think... I am conditioned to have it toe out when walking, and then toe out and out off to the side when standing still for 8 months so it is odd.

Workout last night was just doing some hip and glute work, and running through about 15 minutes of calisthenics. I had something to deal with for my daughter and once that was done I just did my hip and glute drills then some some jumping jacks, air squats, lunges, rotary torso twists, toe touches and some planks in all directions and just did it as a complex to get blood flowing. I also feel these little things will help wake up the glutes without overworking anything. Remember I plan to squat this weekend.

Get your squat face on!!

Hyde, I am pretty excited, you have no idea how much I miss squat and dead lift!!!!

I was kind of thinking about starting out with some goblet squats to get the core and thoracic to wake up before loading the back. Then just lighter weight back squats or SSB squats depending on if I can get into my garage when I get home or not. Weather is iffy today so not sure the workers will get the gutters done today or not. Their is a stack of downspouts sitting across my safety bars on my rack, and a bunch of the other attachments on the floor under them... Once those are out of the way I should have enough room to do a little training.

That sounds like a good plan to me. You see how I started back with only 200lbs after warmups. Do what you need to move properly and focus on technique as you recondition.

I train my legs pretty decent.. But, with some extra sprinklers, I might just make it..
I think right now you are a lot closer to my leg size than you think. I would guess mine are around 25 inches right now. I like how yours are thick down by the knee with mine in the wrong length shorts I can look like my legs aren't very big at all.
Your “starting point” are goals! No joke! You look great!!
Thanks Kat!

Hit up a push workout this weekend, so chest shoulders triceps and some 100lb DB Goblet squats. Going to hit up a pull session tomorrow morning and may try to hit some light dead lifts.

My son decided to come with me to Austin so more of a boys trip than just working out every night now. Diet will not really be a concern as we "like like eat good" when we are together. We just sync up and really enjoy our food a lot and have similar palettes. Yesterday we did a hot wing challenge, made them even hotter than they come but couldn't finish them all. Man 25 is a lot when they are all big wings! I am feeling the residual effects of the heat too! WHEW!!!!

Anyway this trip ain't gonna benefit my abs at all but oh well... I want to take advantage of the option to spend time with him as an adult!

Yeah that may be the case tomorrow, but not sure. I will likely workout in the morning so I am sure I will also very likely have something to eat after. As for today, I needed some food this morning to dilute and push out those hot wings! They have my stomach distended like a mofo!

I will end up keeping things pretty good up here. Not looking to mess up my current situation by going all out or anything. However going to do what I feel like doing to enjoy myself. Had a small pasta @ lunch with him, saving room for a nice dinner.

What did you guys have??
We went to a place called The Roaring Fork, tried a new Rye Whisky called Redemption, it was nice and smooth.

He went big and got the 22oz bone in 60 day dry aged ribeye, and I got the 2 inch thick double pork chop...

In all honesty the pork chop was amazing!!!! Had a nice pineapple pico on it with a nice sauce. It was just delicious, cooked right in between medium and medium rare! Pork Chops have taken on a new light for me since having them cooked medium rare-medium...

My sons steak was just amazing, we both shared a couple bites of each others food just to get the experience. However we both agreed that bang for the buck the pork chops were the winner. Now head to head comparison yeah the steak wins... comparing the $70 to the $26 the pork definitely wins there which is still saying a lot for it to take over an excellent steak in any way shape or form.

Oh yes, we also had this appetizer that was amazeballs!!! It was a lamb chop fondue plate, and WOW! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection and the fondue had a nice southwest flair to it. Upon dipping the chop into the fondue the heaven's opened and tiny cherubs came down to play music while we finished the appetizer. The fondue was so good we ended up dipping the jalapeno cornbead in it too!

I had my son forward me the pic of the appetizer, we dove into the main course to quick for pictures... LOL

lambchop.jpg

At this point planning to fast until we figure out dinner for tonight. We bought tickets to the comedy show for tonight, supposed to be very offbeat and no holds barred comedy tonight. IE... the jokes that are too much for the over sensitive... One of the descriptions was that you will laugh your ass off, and then wonder what the hell you just watched... I love that kind of irreverent comedy!!!

Who is the stand up comedian?
It is like a group of them. Rob Gagnon is the person that seems to be the feature or leader of the group. Here is the way they describe the show.

"Sandbox is Austin’s funniest experimental comedy show that features a handful of fast-paced segments each week. Watch seasoned performers step outside their comfort zones for a show that embraces Austin’s eccentric spirit. Characters, impressions, game shows, live music… and did we mention the audience tries a new, weird-looking snack at every show?

Hosted by America’s sweetheart Rob Gagnon, you’ll laugh your ass off and wonder what you just saw… then you’ll want to come back for more.

BONUS: Rob dares you (yes you) to do the show yourself. He looks ya straight in the eye and double-dog dares you. So who knows, maybe you’ll end up on the show next time!"

So looks like it should be pretty interesting.

Going to search for his videos. It’s been a while since I got a good laugh. There are quite a few guys and gals in India. But, most of them try really hard to be funny. Being at a show live and watching on your screen are entirely different experience.

Btw, if I were to be in Austin, brisket and a nice 12 rack would be my go-to.

I totally get that but I live in Houston so good barbecue is on almost every corner. If coming from any other place then I would probably be trying to hit up the BBQ too! However, Texas and good barbecue are synonymous. So for me it is about trying new places or things, or even common things cooked in different ways...

Honestly contemplating finding a really good brick oven pizza place to eat tonight.

Yes, it just a bit counter intuitive from what it was before. I will have to give it a little time to get used to looking in new places for things and the like.
There may have been more directions and information in the announcement you sent out on April 1st, but that was just really bad timing considering you all do something funny redirecting us almost every year on April 1st and it is a hoax. So I dismissed the entire thing as a joke and deleted it rather than read through it. This just happens to be the first time the changes showed up in my browser and I couldn't find anything like my subscriptions and whatnot which is frustrating. I figured it out but didn't help with the first impression.

It probably is more functional, and may be more in line with current technology. I honestly don't know. AM is my home forum and I don't go to any other forums anymore really, and don't really use other social media other than facebook and that is not too often. So I have no idea what else is out there or how this compares. Was just a pain in the ass trying to find my subscriptions this morning. I expected to see new posts to my subscriptions in the What's new section... since they are whats new. When I saw profile posts I assumed maybe that was the subscriptions associated to my profile, not a facebook like feed which confused me. So my initial experience wasn't great, it was frustrating.

I may end up loving this but this was a poor introduction to it in my particular case.

Oh okay, I found them via Forums > Watched Threads. I was using my old link which took me directly to the Subscriptions and I think it dumped me on the normal AM home page, and not the forum home page which has a lot of the same menu headings with different menus. Which is how I found my thread. You are correct the menus are pretty similar once actually in the forum, which is where I thought I navigated to based off of the shortcut I used to get to it. However my bookmarks said I don't have any.

He was supposed to be the MC, not the actual performer but was on his honeymoon so someone else was MC'ing it. It was more of an experimental comedic variety act. My son and I both really enjoyed it. It wasn't as irreverant as I thought it was going to be. More experimental acts.

For instance one guy came out dressed in a nice button up shirt, hat, glasses and scarf making uncomfortable eye contact with everyone in the room and just starts slowly taking one item of clothing off at a time while making crazy eye contact with different people for like 10 seconds which seemed like an eternity. Dude was not in shape either... LMAO he only got down to his jeans thank goodness, I think that was part of the discomfort was thinking he might not stop... Then he breaks into an intentionally poorly done interpretive dance... the whole time keeping up with the crazy intense eye contact. Like he was having this intense moment with just you and you don't know what his intentions are so you get uncomfortable then he looks at someone else and the relief is instant and you see him doing it to someone else and get to giggling about it.

It doesn't really sound that funny, but in person it was hilarious!

There was a video of the MC guy with his girl on honeymoon and pretty sure they were stoned out of their minds which made it funny.

Another guy came out like he was responsible for doing a survey and just basically hit on chicks via his survey questions. However it was pretty funny.

Another stand up guy I wish I remembered his name. Hispanic overweight guy did stand up and was hilarious but it was only about 5-10 minutes worth.

All in all there were about 5 acts, and they closed it out with a comedic musical performance. So lots of things to see in one show.

For a Tuesday night and a donation of our choice but $5 was the recommendation it was great entertainment. I might go again next time I am up there.

Last night I did some mobility stuff, I rolled my bad foot/ankle on an uneven section of sidewalk the last day in Austin and it stung for a good 10 minutes. It was just a tiny bit sore yesterday and I intended to do legs. So instead I did some glute activation work and rolling. Paying extra attention to the arch of my foot and today it feels much better. So as long as everything keeps feeling good I am going to hit up some legs tonight!

I have to laugh because when you tell someone about a skit or joke that a comedian had In his show it usually doesn't come out nearly as funny as when you witness it live! Usually the comedian has a way of presenting it to sell it better and all.

Yeah that was one of the big concerns for me too.
My panic set in when my app didn’t work/let me login for a day and a half ha
That would be a much bigger concern for me! :)

Okay, I have been pretty busy but wanted to give a quick update.

I Have DOMS! Pretty much all over my body in some way or another. Had a great Push/Pull Upper body workout Saturday, and then a nice lower body workout on Sunday. Took the day for rest yesterday and will hit up some shoulders and arms tonight most likely.

Quick overview of the workouts:
Saturday Upper Body Push / Pull:

Warmed up >

HS High Rows 8-12 reps x 4 work sets, super set with HS Incline Chest Press 90x20-35 reps x 4
Machine Rows 8-12 reps x 4 work sets, superset with 4 sets of sub max pushups
Machine Pull Overs 4 sets of 12-15
Pec Deck - 4 sets of 15-25

Sunday
Warm Up, Reset Hips - Glute activation work, planks, ankle and foot mobility
Barbell Squats - Bar x 20 x 4 sets
Barbell Pause Squats (2-3 second pause deep into rom to stretch ankle and foot more. 135x10 x 4 sets
Leg Press = 6 plates x 15+ (until glutes were tired) x 4 sets = two normal stance and 2 wide stance

My legs were actually pretty fried from this believe it or not. Still have pretty good bit of DOMS!

Planning some pump work for arms and shoulders tonight.

For sure man that's what I'm saying. At the moment and actual time the skit is being done it's hilarious but trying to explain it changes it completely. Lol
