Avoid Costco my friend. That brick is 8 times the size of the one I buy at my local grocery for 5.99. And it’s 12 at Costco. There’s some deals at Costco that are just so ridiculous it makes no sense not to buy it. The only drawback is they don’t have all the other awesome flavors. Meh I’m definitely eating, but more recomping for a bit. But my staple pound of Pb a day is back on. Yesterday was after leg day so my appetite was awesome though.
2 protein bars
12oz brown rice 2 cans tuna
8oz leftover chicken skewers with white beans
7 slices roast beef homemade mash potatoes Brussels and asparagus
60gram choc/Pb protein shake
Banana chips and dried cranberries -
1lb PB 16 oz whole milk
Once I get some bf down, I’ll triple those carbs and lower my fats just a smidge.

I'm just way too busy these days to train like I used to. It's sad but it's a reality that does have other advantages - increased wealth being one of them. I'm a very active person so even without the weights I still stay in fairly good shape. I definitely miss having the weights as a big part of my life; And I certainly miss having some abs!
Summer time is around the corner though......so it's time to make some adjustments to allow for some quality training time. I'm always thankful for muscle memory and those "newbie gains" that always re-appear when I start training again. I think I may do a light cruise of Cyp/HCG this summer for a few months. Kick it with a very low dose of rad (4-8mg EOD for 4-6 weeks), take a month off the orals, and then finish it with 5mg ED of Osta for 2 months. Should be a mild run that gives me an edge for the summer. The SARMs will help the Test to have stronger effects at a lower dose. Should be fun.
And of course.....Pizza is never far away. Thin crust for less carbs. :>
P.S. - what happened to the notification icon?
There used to be a "globe" icon up top of the website (next to the private message notification icon and the likes/mentions icon). It used to notify me of new posts in all of my subscribed threads. It's gonzo now. I remember this site having lots of issues a few months ago so maybe losing that notification was part of the solution? The site was miserable to use a while back. I mean..I can eat..but I know I couldnt put down 2lbs of PB. If I could, my stomach would hate me. I usually put 2 big scoops in my oatmeal with milk and somtimes maple syrup.

Dang how often do you need to do that???What I do for calories is I take a big 32oz shaker, fill it halfway with milk, add half a pound of peanut butter, two scoops of dymatize isolate, and then I add cereal which has been ground up into flour in the coffee grinder, usually a double serving by weight. Shake and drink. If made right it’s not even particularly thick and it’s way over 2000 cal.

I threw up last night after trying to eat almost 2lbs of jambalaya and then just a few hours later, a lb of potato wedges and 6 big chicken fingers. My stomach couldn’t take it... ate a thc gummy to try to keep it down. Didn’t work.

Just in time...been doing a terrible job of getting my calories in the last few weeks. Couple weeks of bulk left and I've gotten down to nearly a 6 pack - shoving about 4kcals down my throat is all I can handle.
