Just bought a block of the Dublinner for the first time. I like their Ballyshannon’s way more, but the wifey had been doing her best not to eat the entire block at once lol.

Kerry Gold makes some fine product!

Avoid Costco my friend. That brick is 8 times the size of the one I buy at my local grocery for 5.99. And it’s 12 at Costco. There’s some deals at Costco that are just so ridiculous it makes no sense not to buy it. The only drawback is they don’t have all the other awesome flavors. Dublinner is luckily my favorite but I’d still like to switch it up. Kerrigold butter is so fugging good I can’t eat anything else.

Meh I’m definitely eating, but more recomping for a bit. But my staple pound of Pb a day is back on. Yesterday was after leg day so my appetite was awesome though.

2 protein bars
12oz brown rice 2 cans tuna
8oz leftover chicken skewers with white beans
7 slices roast beef homemade mash potatoes Brussels and asparagus
60gram choc/Pb protein shake
Banana chips and dried cranberries -
1lb PB 16 oz whole milk

Once I get some bf down, I’ll triple those carbs and lower my fats just a smidge.

Any good Pizzas lately?

F it. Muscle memory+Trest/Dbol is awesome, I’m bouncing back quick.

That's a solid food day. Meat and potatoes will never do you wrong.

I'm just way too busy these days to train like I used to. It's sad but it's a reality that does have other advantages - increased wealth being one of them. I'm a very active person so even without the weights I still stay in fairly good shape. I definitely miss having the weights as a big part of my life; And I certainly miss having some abs!

Summer time is around the corner though......so it's time to make some adjustments to allow for some quality training time. I'm always thankful for muscle memory and those "newbie gains" that always re-appear when I start training again. I think I may do a light cruise of Cyp/HCG this summer for a few months. Kick it with a very low dose of rad (4-8mg EOD for 4-6 weeks), take a month off the orals, and then finish it with 5mg ED of Osta for 2 months. Should be a mild run that gives me an edge for the summer. The SARMs will help the Test to have stronger effects at a lower dose. Should be fun.

And of course.....Pizza is never far away. Thin crust for less carbs. :>

P.S. - what happened to the notification icon?

There used to be a "globe" icon up top of the website (next to the private message notification icon and the likes/mentions icon). It used to notify me of new posts in all of my subscribed threads. It's gonzo now. I remember this site having lots of issues a few months ago so maybe losing that notification was part of the solution? The site was miserable to use a while back. Problems signing in, problems getting pages to load, etc.

Wally World has the 2lb’r for $5. I don’t even play with the 1lb jars anymore.

I mean..I can eat..but I know I couldnt put down 2lbs of PB. If I could, my stomach would hate me. I usually put 2 big scoops in my oatmeal with milk and somtimes maple syrup.

I got myself some Cinnamon Toast Crunch last night but always love some frosted mini wheats. I don’t even think I’ve had blueberry flavored

Take any nutbutter, peanut butter is the cheapest but I'm allergic, mix with protein powder and put in the freezer, it's like eating a cookie but lots of nutrition and calories

Shake and drink. If made right it’s not even particularly thick and it’s way over 2000 cal.

Well, I have the ability to drink three per day in addition to normal meals. But realistically only one per day should suffice to add a significant caloric surplus to a diet that is calorically lacking.

How many I do drink depends on how fast I want to gain weight. Lately it’s been zero. Last year, for about six months I drank two per day.

If the cereal isn’t enough fiber to keep it from clogging up the works, add Metamucil to the shake as well. That works every time.

Chocolate orange peanut butter with a hint of honey bunches of oats. Mmmm. GAINZ

Or, I have also tried the palumbo style shakes, with the can of tuna, can of chicken, raw egg whites, sweet potato flakes, etc.

Yuck.

Also, look at the protein vs fat and carb content of the peanut butter. Reese’s and Peter Pan have the most protein of any name brand PB.

I threw up last night after trying to eat almost 2lbs of jambalaya and then just a few hours later, a lb of potato wedges and 6 big chicken fingers. My stomach couldn’t take it... ate a thc gummy to try to keep it down. Didn’t work.

This morning 8 whole eggs, 4 bacon, shredded cheese. 1/2 box Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Just in time...been doing a terrible job of getting my calories in the last few weeks. Couple weeks of bulk left and I've gotten down to nearly a 6 pack - shoving about 4kcals down my throat is all I can handle. But I'm going to try a few of these...those "cookies" would be perfect to have around all day. Keep up the suggestions fellas
