See what I mean now??? I have gained 5.2 lbs in 16 weeks cause of this cookie cutter sh1t...my god dam arms don't even fit in my shirts anymore.... The Solution we have a problem, all these wonderful shirts you send me aren't fitting anymore. They are super tight around my biceps, chest, shoulders and traps. But for some reason I still have plenty of room around mid section....sucks getting fat

Thank you hairygrandpa much respect for you. You crushed that fast, I never had a doubt. Your 6 day transformation was insane. If I keep getting fat, I may have to fast myself.

Was sitting in the 40 degree gym this morning soaking wet after my 50 minute workout looking in the mirror. Does anybody have any suggestions how to get these lumps of fat off my shoulders? ?? F**k, they even have pumpkin wrinkles in them now....wtf??? Maybe a double shot of ACV? Or maybe just rub the ACV on it direct???

Nice update pics! Meal prep on point and overall diet looks good. If you rub the ACV on there your wife will be like what is that smell! haha

Pretty much every meal. The new one I'm using now is called Valentina. 1.19$ a bottle. It's in the Hispanic section in the grocery store. Much thicker than franks, pretty darn tasty.

Had a great weekend so far this weekend, very productive. One on one time with each kid, saturated them with quality time and some gifts as all 3 of my kids landed on honor roll and principles list. Had a great evening with my beautiful wife last night, with a happy ending. And got to wake up with her beside me this morning with another happy ending to start today. Then she took me for this awesome breakfast at the local Italian joint.

Damn brother! Wife Cardio and breakfast! you got a keeper!!!!

Off day from training today. I think I have found a nice sweet spot with my 3/1 split. For example, I hit legs/tris saturday, chest/bi's sunday, and shoulders/back yesterday. Covered all muscle groups, couldn't have trained today???absolutely, but the one day of rest seems to really help me. I'm feeling great, and feel to myself like I'm looking better daily. I have gained 5.2 lbs in 16 weeks but honestly my clothes are fitting better. Chest is full, sleeves are full, back is full, traps are sitting high, and shirt still dangles around mid section.
Gonna "trust the process" as it is working. Still have march, possibly April to keep increasing before adjustments could be mad. I'm happy with my gains, I do have days when I can't wait to slim down and shown off my new gains but I'm staying TRUE!
With all this sh1t that unfolded over the weekend really opened my eyes to a few things. Number 1, is how thankful I am to have The Solution in my corner. I have said this in the past and say it again. Since the day we worked out our differences back in oct, he has done nothing but help. If I have any questions or concerns. ..withing minutes I get a response. We keep everything 100. If I f*k uo, he is on it, and you can ask him, I don't give excuses, I apologize, kick myself in the azz, admit to him my faults and make adjustments. Honestly in this 16 week journey so far, I think he has praised me 1 time, with a "you look sharp bro" type of comment. Again keeping it real. So very thankful for this. And 2 is I have a new found motivation ....

This was posted over the weekend elsewhere. We all know what this is about. This does nothing g but refuel my fire. In the end, if I was to become fat or fail this journey (which will not happen) it would never fall back on Bob. He has given me the keys and all I have to do is drive. He can't do my training, and he can't feed me. I know why these clowns come to my log, they want me to fail so they can blast Bob and i. Ain't gonna happen.
Sorry bout the rant fellas, but I honestly have a new fire and motivation that will be unstoppable at this point. Thanks fellas!!

3/1 is a good outline, but if you have to call an audible to spend time with the family or feel your body needs a day off you know what needs done (just like with the neck stinger). Health and Family will always trump pushing some weight, at the end of the day this is a hobby.
 
Yeah, the one thing that whole fiasco did was just tell me to keep my eyes on the prize and keep grinding.

I get wanting to cut and show off the gains... I was there, but decided I'm going to also try to trust the process and keep bulking for a bit too. Keep at it BOSSMAN
 
It's not about being better than anyone or anybody else because in the end it's all about me and what I put in.
Not only do I appreciate Bob, you other members that follow is definitely motivation also. It's weird, like a sense of accountability. I can be by myself throughout the day and have an opportunity to f*k up, or be training and thunk to myself "I shouldn't eat that, that's gonna screw my macros for the day...or let me add an extra set to this lift" ....nice having a log

No no no, I'm gaining right now!!!! Trying to see how far I can push these macros while keeping BG levels suffice. Revamping metabolism after 3 years of crazy insane sh1t....hahhaaa. it worked though hgp....100lbs in 3 years
But for real, pushing the limits here. April is when lawncare starts for me, so I beleive that to be a good time to draw the line on increases and unfold some of my lean gains. I haven't done any real cardio since November, maybe 2 or 3 sessions in which I got lit up for. So I stopped. Man when I start lawncare and cardio...sh1t is gonna start happnin!!!!
I never looked at or where your country is, you have beach access??
I have a condo in Myrtle Beach now, looking to buy another one towards the end of next month. 1 block off the ocean.
