Couldn’t workout today because the gym was closed. Violence between 2 political parties and 2 people killed. Cut the guys into pieces. The place where I am living now is just effed up.

Having a beer and chilling with my boy at home.

That is crazy! Don't get how people get so carried away with politics to the level of violence. It goes on in the states as well. (don't remember anyone getting chopped up)

The violence is crazy here. It’s been a while since we have seen this kinda violence.. but, this was brutal. In the states, it must be shoot outs. Here it with swords and knife. People are just barbaric.

Felt fantastic doing low bar squats. I could have done more reps, but, went with the plan.

Will be out of town for 10days for work. My son will be with grandparents. :-( Not sure how he will be. Never left him this long with anyone. I am a bit freaked out about this.
 
That’s a long time! What kind of Career do you have, if you don’t mind me asking.

If you have FaceTime, Facebook messenger or Skype it should make it a little easier being able to see him and vice versa. I went on a float trip for two days and that sucked not seeing my daughter lol

It is a really long time. I work for an engineering services company managing sales for Japan. I have been holding off on Travel for sometime now. But this is our leadership meet. Can’t be avoided.

The problem is, if he sees me on camera, I get emotional and so does he. I know the feeling man.. it really does suk

Leaning out pretty well. Weight is dropped just tad low. Starting weight was 77.8Kgs and now it's 76.2kgs
My elbow still hurts a bit. So, lowered my weights. Tomorrow I will post the BF and muscles ratio and blah blah..

Haven’t been able to get a workout because of my travel and been just busy. Got a brief leg workout today.

Tried to get a side by side comparison of pictures from start to today. But, I realised I suk at any editing or making a collage and gave up.

Starting weight- 77.8kgs
Current weight- 76.2kgs
Starting BF- 26.5%
Current- 24.4%
Haven’t lost any muscle till now. Muscle was about 54.1kgs when started and now it’s 54.3kgs.

At least these are the metrics what the machine showed. Rocket3015 tygatyga Tried the Blueberry toaster pastry today and I loved the inclusions but realised I am not a fan of fruity protein. I like to eat blueberry, but not in a protein powder.
 
Your BF% got down by 2% but your weight only by 1 KG. That is OPTIMAL!

I think so too.. And both times I took these measurements in the AM after poop and without any food in. I am happy how I have progressed till now. Going to add in Cannibal Claw from March 2nd onwards and see how things go.

BloodManor should I dose 2tabs or 3? And any suggestions on how to dose them. I will not be stacking it with any other fat burner.

Nice and swole brotha! When my bicep acts up I do a bunch of hanging from a pull up bar to give it a nice stretch. Works pretty well.

Will you be using a pre workout? I like 3 pills pre (I’m 6’4 245 atm) and find that to be my sweet spot. I found dosing it once a day was enough
(I do not take cannibal claw right now due to my thyroid issues and my endocrinologist monitoring my levels) but damn do I miss claw

I know you’ll post, Bob would post and maybe a handful of other guys, even HGP.

Nice and swole brotha! When my bicep acts up I do a bunch of hanging from a pull up bar to give it a nice stretch. Works pretty well.
Thanks man. My pain was aggravating when I stretch. Had to take some anti inflammatory to reduce the pain. Usually I do stretches when something like this happens. But, this time it just got my pain worse.

Measured my legs for the first time. It’s 25”. Is that a decent size thigh/Quad? I have never measured any of my body part. May be I should and see if I can grow them..

I can say I bench 300lbs, weigh 170lb or I’m at 8% body fat and never prove it and that’s fine But, if I call you a fraud then the onus is to prove me otherwise (well, not necessarily you can do what you want) however, I’m always willing to verify/confirm what I say (pictures or video).

Agree. I'm always looking for honest feedback to help me improve. I may or may not take all of it, but if nothing else it helps give you perspective and maybe will trigger a change, even if small at first!

I will log my experience with Cannibal Claw. I didn’t see a good review anywhere.
I believe we should all help each other with constructive feedback and critisism.. it really did help me. I believe it’s a motivator.
