Gaining muscles while losing fat. HGP tries the impossible, watch me fail!

Deca and Trest both do it to me also... I personally found what works best for me is some test with dhts. Im running a test and Primo cycle right now and loving it.

I'm personally done with 19nor s.

my trt dose of test, td trest, androsterone, virtus gets me real good. I feel 20 years younger!!!
 
The TD trest is way different from oral -or IM. Don't ask me why.

I've never used it other than td so I can't compare, but td trest along with androsterone and virtus is my all time favorite cycle!!!
 
I probably won’t either. LMG just seemed to bloat me and aggravate gyno ASAP. Not really in a hurry to try nandrolone

Nah it can be even tighter as long as you stay with the no belly look. If you get a power gut, THEN tight shirts go bye bye

Pretty cool your bodyweight is up so much but still hitting pull-ups easily

The damn gut is weird. I'm not sucking in -but I can't let go of the tension or it "falls out". Is that an "old man problem" -or does everybody has that dilemma?

Exactly! Test + either: var, winni or mast (proviron). Never did primo. Its so fugging expensive -and I'm not sure if I can get quality gear here.
If you can get your hands on it give it a go... I'm in week 5 now. Slowly seems to be getting better each week.

I have the same gut problem ....

Lower Cross Syndrome = Tight hip flexors, underactive and stretched hamstrings, and a forward leaning pelvis are the cause of this in most cases. IE poor posture leading to poor muscle control. I am in the same boat.

Think of it like this if you have a have a full shot in the middle of a waiter tray and all the sudden the tray tips forward that shot is going to spill over. Our hips are our base, since we are out of alignment gravity wants to spill our guts, but we have muscle so we can choose to hold the belly in.

Try this, stand in your normal position, now imagine you had two strings on the top of your hip bones. Now imagine you pull on those strings and raise the front of your hip bones up about an inch. Watch how your lower abdomen suddenly goes back in a lot and takes far less effort to hold in from there. It is because you are no longer fighting gravity pulling your belly forward and down, and now a lot of that internal mass is resting on the hips and pelvic floor instead of trying to spill out of it.
 
MrKleen73 is absolutely right! Pushing the hips forward by pressing the butt cheeks together solves the problem.

Have to figure out what I prefer to appear "gutless":

1) keeping tension on my abs, like always
2) press butt cheeks together, looking like a cautious hetero in a gay bar

I guess I have to do those annoying hip exercises, like thrusts and whatnot.

What are you running besides npp now?. I don't know I've never felt it gives much bloat, certainly not as clean as tren but I always felt it was a clean compound. High dose and too much calories or low dose and too much calories so the partitioning doesn't work at its best?

Currently at:
400mg/w test
250mg/w NPP
75mg/d proviron

The DHT from proviron definitely curbs prolactin sides. Last time at those dosages I lactated. Now, without caber -but using proviron, everything is fine.

That's definitely not a high dosage, test isn't really that high either even if it wouldn't be crazy to assume you could bloat on it.

My only guess is that the npp is a bit low and since your gaining weight it'd be fair to assume you're on a surplus and the npp isn't enough for the nutrient partioning.

What you could try if it doesn't work out for you is to go 300 test 400 npp. But we all know you're not a massive fan of nandrolones and prolactin :D

Nah, no surplus. 19-nor just bloat me. I mean, joints feel great, strength is there -but also bloat. Will power through it. Afterwards, when bloat is gone, then my metamorphosis will be complete:

It's beautiful how you said that and I bet you'll turn in to a somewhat unusual butterfly, unique but still a butterfly. Jokes aside, as long as you see difference in definition regardless the bloat, its all good.

Mine was kind of acting like it was impenged the other day. Skipped sholders the next workout and did some band work. Now I'm good to go. must of had some scar tissue getting in the way.

We both have to be cautious! Thank's for remembering me. When on a cycle, even though its a light one, the extra strength let me forget about past injuries.

So what is the goal of the bottom range partial on incline, that is a very disadvantageous position to be in, and puts a lot of stress on the joint.

It really pumps my chest, as I go never to zero (stretch). Gives me best mind-muscle connection.

Did for 20 minutes "lower crossed syndrome" exercises, I really noted my hip flexors.

After that a bit of everything, enough to call it a day.

Cortisol was surely out of whack because of it. Fired several employees, made hard cuts on expenses, like cable TV, supplements, "luxury items" and worked overtime. The same time a lot of essential stuff broke down, like 3 air conditioners (over 100F here), 2 refrigerators and the pool pump. It was like a curse.
I started solving the problems one at a time and managed to get rid of the "red numbers" without taking a loan. Now I'm good for new trouble, LOL.

Just sharing to make known that I'm a simple, suffering human behind a keyboard, like everyone else.
 
hairygrandpa, do you perform any kind of cardio? Such as jogging,running,stair master, and elliptical.

Nah, just a few minutes of heavy bag 2-3 times a week.
Can't do anything outside, too hot (100F+). Would have to prolong my gym session and do some bicycle or whatnot. I have no excuse not to do it, despite looking hardly for one, LMAO!

Should I extend the boxing time? I mean, that is what I like. Walking, bicycle and stairmaster are boring as hell, all "hamster in a wheel" exercises are.
 
All increased activity will burn more cals, even just standing more.

You should consider some LISS too if you want to take the best care of your heart with the anabolics.

I don’t do remotely enough, but I do try to get 10-15 min walks in at work many days.

Seems like when it rains it pours once things start to break down!
 
I'm going to start doing cardio someday as well. My problem now is that my wife is done with her workout including cardio in 1.5 hrs. it takes me 1.5+ hours to get through my weight training. She is already bitching because I have to stretch this old body out before I leave.

Just haven't been able to give up any lifts for cardio time. All I have is 3 days a week. With full body it's tough. that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
 
HGP just do what I do............. Run From The Bill Collectors !! Great Cardio, Save's Money !!

Sure, or maybe even better, do some weighted carries with fat loss in mind. You burn extra calories, and get stronger / provide a growth stimulus.

All increased activity will burn more cals, even just standing more.

it's tough...but that is the way to do it. taking on new debt to pay old debt isn't getting you anywhere....just a temporary setback, you will be living the high life again in no time!!!

Oh yeah you are doing full body workouts right now huh? You should try an HST run, you could power through that in less than an hour I bet. With 2 work sets per exercise, 1 exercise per body part. Not a ton of volume there. Just quick hard work.
