DC's New Year, New Life 2019

They aren’t big that often and if they are it’s far from the actual city area, San Diego county is huge. Ocean breeze keeps it cool every night :-)

mission beach boardwalk in early 80's was very nice...girls girls girls

in the winter of 1978 there was a 'great' blizzard that hit the Midwest....January 13, 1978 I started boot camp at great lakes naval academy. I worked outdoors both yesterday and today and trust me it was nothing compared to 78!!!

That was 12 years before I was born...if I wasn’t alive yet it doesn’t count!

if everything that happened before you were born doesn't count....

you would not have been born.:jester:

Still is, though PB is MUCH better :-)

would be hard to imagine a better place than mission beach in early 80's. that place was chock full of chicks!!!

now I bet it is chock full of nuts and homeless people?

You are astoundingly symmetrical! I swear not one number matches when I measure my body. Your German, Irish, French gene mix is dope, bro! :)

I found it crazy weird to. But thats how it came out

Really weird! Having my right knee more damaged than my left knee, that automatically means: My left leg to be bigger (more muscles), because involuntarily, I put more body weight on the less injured leg all day. Same for arms as I use my right arm more (wanking, holding Jack Daniels bottle), its bigger.

Maybe its because my whole body has been messed up at one time or another. I dont know

Also I have discovered I have a small Umbilical Hernia. You have any natural cures without surgery. I rather not go that way right now.

I have too. Sorry, no way around surgery -but if its small, no surgery needed.

I’ve got an umbilical hernia as well. No biggie. Proper abdominal bracing will keep it from getting any worse

More about this. I noticed a wierd squishy part above my belly button that's newer in the past year or two. Doesn't hurt but it feels wierd like I can reach into my abdominal wall even when I tighten my abs. Is this the belly button hernia, seems common from what I read?

Normally they start out with no pain. Pm me if you would like something to help with it. If you believe it's a hernia

How do you measure your Shoulder Width ? From where to where ?

There’s a Masters Pro Strongman, Mike Kromer, who just sticks a cotton ball in his hernia, duct tapes over it, and wears his lifting belt over that. He can still press like 400 overhead so I’d say where there’s a will there’s probably a way lol

Ouch !!

Thats what I was thinking too

I’ve never seen anyone else do the cotton ball besides big mike, but people do normally just belt over it and avoid things that really bug it. I watched a kid squat 455 for 6-7 in sleeves that said the belt worked well for him.

The 72 yr old woman I train with calls hers “my little friend”

hey, props to the 72 year old woman still working out even with issues like that...

Man she’s got fake knees, shoulder tears, morbidly obese (all from before lifting which she’s only done for a few years now) and never complains. We call her the Hammer. She is a great motivator.

I forgot to put these up, even though I probably shouldn't cause my fat intake was way to high today.Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Good stuff bro , that cycle sounds good. I'm interested in trying some new stuff after I finish this first test blast and take lil break.

That double corned beef hash will getcha on the fats. Great bulking food but terrible if watching your intake.

I prefer mine with over easy eggs broken atop it

Yeah, definitely did that wrong today. And I cant eat over easy eggs. My mom cracked one in a pan as a kid and you could see the chickens face in the yolk, ever since then they have to be over hard or Omelet. Gonna try to figure it out better tomorrow.

Dang guess that could mess a guy up!

I am a big proponent of whole eggs but if you’re ever needing to trim some fats or bump protein slightly Aldi makes a yellow flavored egg white naturally seasoned with turmeric that is way more like eating real eggs than using normal whites. Same price per carton as normal whites and really tasty.

I know people who will do 1-2 whole eggs scrambled in with these seasoned whites for better macros.

Appreciate that. I know at the hospital I work at they normally have whites, but they havent had them in a few days
