Sparta (Fruit Loops) > Ghost (Trix) > OL (Similar to Ghost but not as dense)

So if you like more of a Trix go with Ghost, if you like true fruit loops go with Sparta.
Sparta is the thickest (due to the blend), but I have been very pleased with the density of the flavor for each one I have tried.

Now if you don't love sweet things it may not be the best investment, but if you are on the market for a frutiy ceral protein these are all good choices.

Just tried the Sparta. I agree with the order you have above and I think it’s the best tasting of the three ( I think by a good margin).

Some folks don't care for it but I really like it, ans I was reading an article the other day that says your must consume 3.2 grams Everyday to get the benefits from it !!

I totally believe that. It's more for overall endurance rather than energy bursts. Marathon runners would benefit more from it than bodybuilders. I add it to my morning protein shake rather than my preworkout just as an aid to get me through the day in general.

Had the Blueberry muffin this morning! damn its tasty. all the flavors of a blueberry muffin. sweet muffin / blueberry and a light buttery flavor. they nailed this one! Note: I have an upper respiratory infection and the taste was still awesome.

The sleep is terrific. I’ve used GFXT in the past and now since my sleep has been broken from training an eight week old puppy, I could use some better quality sleep with the little bit I’m getting!

Right?! I was stunned too at just how drastic the difference was. Night and day and the new focus xt is amazing (old was solid but no comparison).

What would you compare it to? Like energy drink substitute? What do you notice on it?

Its much milder (at least at 1 scoop) than most energy drinks in terms of caffeine content, but what it lacks in straight punch it makes up for in overall mood, focus (duh) and overall intensity.

For me, when I get in the gym or even just at work, I find that I really get into my own head and think about what I'm doing. Things around me are drowned out/duller and I can really just be in the moment. Even between sets I find myself just starting blankly and thinking about the next set or the last one. At work, its more of a mild energy boost that makes me very positive, chatty, and able to complete tedious tasks without getting sidebarred nearly as much
 
Used the OG Focus XT very frequently during school for studying and was impressed with those results, so I'm itching to try the new formula ASAP

I like having both the powder and the caps on hand, I used the powder for Fasted Cardio in the mornings and keep the caps in my gym bag on the chance I get to make an unscheduled trip to the gym in the afternoon.

Honestly focus xt is my one true love right now, using it as a pre mainly on work nights but the magic is the energy/focus seems to last hours, I do night shifts and on breaks been doing courses for work qualifications (Health care) and this stuff is really shining here.

I use it solely for my morning reading and I can knock out chapters EASILY. Will have to give it a full run to see if retention has increased but I undoubtedly read and process quicker.

Awesome.... I'm in grad school for my Master's right now and have to read a couple hundred Pages a week in material. I definitely need this in my life... Anyone know where the best deal is?

Im not big on high-stim products, I ended up getting this delivered recently using my Am***n gift card from Xmas.

So far, pretty good, clean energy, no crash. Let me know if any of you guys can recommend any other low-stim pre-workouts.
I like a little boost since I train at 5 AM, just not the high stim, shaking and crashing that most cause me.

The profile is such that it should actually get better and better with prolonged usage. Especially aspects like recall.

Pre Kaged is a great pre - only thing that compares too it that’s low stim is pre Jym but I can’t stand their flavoring
