Yeah man, I've been living off of bro science for the last 3 years. It worked to a certain extent, not healthy though. I got the man in my corner now, I just have to take the advice, pursue it, and go knock this out

Yeah as long as you follow his advice you'll do great. I will 100% admit i dont have the determination to go all out with my diet. I know it can be done but with how busy i am im not willing to sacrifice enough to do as well as i could but im pretty happy with where im at with what i have done.
Im good man, was really busy for a while. Still am but i missed the comaradery of the boards here so im back
 
Yeah its not easy, I even think a few pages back you commented on how low of a calorie intake I was consuming. You would think it would be easy to go from not eating to eating. I'm good now, but the first 2 weeks was fkkd up. Anxiety was crazy, going from crash dieting 3 years to eating. Sounds crazy I know. But I'm good to go now. Still, lots to learn and making adjustments every day.

I started Karbolyn yesterday, 50 carbs. Tastes great, only day 2. I will keep you posted

Karbolyn does not work for me, about half way through my work out I get hypo and can't finish, I bought some and ended up giving it away. This morning I had an Scoop of Protein (shake) and an English Muffin with some Cinnamon Sugar and was OK.

Sounds good, hope it works out for me as time is an issue and making a quick drink that tastes good at 3am is a bonus for me.

Off day from training today, had an awesome workout yesterday along with a long day of lawn care. Leaves removal, it's the worst part of my job. Got 2 leave removal today and they are wet, makes it worse.

Tried one of my samples today
This tasted really really good, exactly like a lemon sweet tea. Haven't taken the take to check the profile yet,but if it's sufficient I would put this in rotation.

Up 1.8 lbs from 2 weeks, I'm good with that. Celebrated wife's bday and thanksgiving comfortably. Cals have been between 2500-3k a day. Mini goal now is to get everything on point as far as nutrition and training. Have to be 200-205 by12/31 for new years challenge.
 
No training today, close to 50k steps this weekend while doing lawncare, 75% of that was either with a rake in my hand, a 40lb backpack blower, pulling a tarp full of wet leaves, or trending through piles of wet azz leaves. Got a solid 9 hours sleep last night.
Feeling great this morning. Solid and lean.

Had a busy evening after 10.5 hour shift yesterday. Played some indoor bball at kids bball practice, then went and celebrated my pops bday.
I got up yesterday at 130am due to a skunk in my back yard messing with my dogs. What a fiasco, needless to say that was a 30 min ordeal so I never got back to sleep and just went on with my daily routine. I was up for 20 hours .
W I th that being said, I decided to sleep in this morning til 430am, probably wouldn't have been able to go 100% and just went thru the motions.
Will hit it hard tomorrow
 
**update on the SPARTA peanut butter cup protein**
Had to do something this morning I haven't had to do in years, had to manually mix my protein in a shaker by hand. I use a blender on a daily basis. I have in laws in for the holidays and father n law likes to sleep on the recliner downstairs bye the kitchen. Wtf??
Anyways, still mixed up perfect!!
As long as pop n law acts right, I will continue this method for a week or whatever. If he starts trippin, the blender will fire up at 445am.....
