BOSSMAN'S First supplement log on AM

I would actually NOT wan't to be anywhere near that D... C is about as much as I would want. B would be my ideal. More of a Frank Zane at his best build..

Agreed. Being that big would make so many things challenging. ha B is the perfect and ideal physique.

I would like to be D for a week or two !!

I would be happy with A-

I would be happy with about any of them. However I would have to lose some muscle to be at A, and so would you.

I got some I have not tried yet, good to hear !!

No training today, so will list my daily supps so you all know where I'm at now. As promised still no stims, staples only.
Kraken pump non stim vado6/glycerol
Primeval EAA
Kaged HCL
Spartan protein / One protein bars
Tru multi pes
Omega 3 pes
Definitely eating much more, will admit that training is not spot on. No excuses, it's just not. This just kinda happened last week with the holiday, birthdays, work etc etc. And it's freezing in the garage at 3am. No biggie, that will be corrected.
The first month of no stims was actually not that bad, but the last week or so has been tough as far as that lil extra focus and energy. Gonna stay strong with my 24oz coffee, I know in the long run this 2 month break off stims will be a healthy decision for my body. Also, it will probably be really helpful when I do decide to take them again in jan or Feb along with possibly throwing some cardio back in my routine.

Leave it out as long as possible. Cardio is a tool, if the mirror stays in your favor and weight gain is stagnant or slowly rising, There is no need to add it. Save it for dieting. Some people anbuse it year round, and then when they go to diet they slave themself to a treadmill and string out/lost muscle quick. Its the last thing you need even if your NEAT Drops a ton (non exercise physical activity). Leave it out as long as possible, and use it as a last resort. Especially since your primary goal is trying to add some size after the long term dieting you did on your body. You were way overtrained and underfed. We need to reverse that.

Absolutely, you brought that to my attention a week or so ago. Makes perfect sense. Stay away from it, then when it's time to drop a few lbs for the spring bring it back.

Get a heater for that Gym / Garage !!!

If you wanna know how to layer up to train in 33 degree weather .....I got you
Nike sleeveless base layer
Under Armour long sleeve based layer
Under Armour hoodie
Golds sauna jacket
Carhart stocking cap
Gotta do what you gotta do!!

Karbolyn Blue Razz Watermelon
Taste was good, I beleive I used too much water..probably around 24oz. Mixed up perfect. Forgot to add my sea salt. Drank it 3 hours ago, stomach feels fine. Missed my pump today, don't know if it's cause I missed the sea salt or I didn't have my kraken pump. Felt strong, that could come from a few variables. I've had over 6k calories in the last 2 days, had a rest day yesterday, and have had 2 good night's of sleep 8 hours. Only day#1.

I use to do the same thing. When i was in high school I had weights in my garage and the garage door wasn't insulated very well so the garage got super cold. So I had to layer up like the kid on the Christmas story!

Better pump today? If not we will have to see where your potassium levels are too, sometimes a huge sodium/potassium imbalance can have that negative effect to a pump. How much water are you consuming pre/intra workout!?
Check PM On a few diet related things, see if you can make some adjustments which may help your performance and getting a pump in the gym

Yes, pump was good. I mixed EAA with karbolyn. Forgot the dam sea salt again, I will have to put it in my supp cabinet. After stretching I had my kraken pump. Water intake is around 48oz intra.
Definitely have good strength and endurance.
I see an issue occurring with my training. I'm limited with what I have, highest dbs are 60 and I have a universal machine for upper and lower body. Now that I've changed my nutrition, and workouts I need more weight and free weights to make this work. I lost access the last 2 weeks to my buddies gym due to hunting season, he is hunting in the evenings right now. That was a good 2 weeks for me when I was going over there, squats deads bench presses, with good weight. Will contact him today to get that back on schedule next week.
I can utilize that until around April before lawncare starts back up

Sodium keep high year round. Sea salt every meal, and use it intra (Due to training fasted)
Try to keep that potassium up to match your sodium intake. 2000 is good, aim for 3000 due to your caloric intake you have more leeway with calories.

Very good info, these are things I am not aware of. Thank you!!
Looks like I need to research some better potassium choices

bananas are the golden ticket as calories raise due to being higher carb and less filling.
Things like potatoes can be tricky, a lot of people do not digest them well, but continue to eat them because they are deemed "Clean".
Plus if they fill you up (Higher satiety) it will be harder to meet intake as calories keep rising.
Toss in some spinach with your eggs as a good mix-in for potassium
Be cautious of broccoli its a very gassy veggie high in FODMAP which can cause bloating/digestion issues
