Hyde’s Strength Odyssey

Kinda, but most important is being able to go to sleep or have energy when needed. The M1T & LGD will be taken in 2 doses, one with first meal/pre-training and another about 10 hours later. Drugs never taken with a high-fiber meal and any andros will always have some fats present.
Thats definitely true and that sounds good. I wasnt aware to not take them with high fiber meals, good to know now!

Any supplement or drug should be taken away from higher fiber. In the same way fiber lowers cholesterol by carrying it out before it can be absorbed, so does it lessen the absorption of everything else.

Snatchgrip seals sound fun. Going to have to try those.

Pain to set up but the easiest row on the low back imaginable - you’re laying on your belly on a bench rowing the bar to the bench beneath it. Gotta put the bench up on blocks tho to actually have ROM. We use the ones for 18” deadlift.
 
2 things: M1T made me a LOT hornier today, very noticeable and in sync with then blood concentrations are at peak. Also, LGD already affecting hunger dramatically. Stayed fed on quality stuff all day then at night when I finished baking some burgers up... I accidentally consumed an 8oz bbq double bacon cheeseburger with white cheddar cheeseits and Keebler fudge sticks.

But I had a diet A&W root beer, so that kept it to just a 1,500 cal meal
 
When you ate 1,000+ calories over maintenance but you were on cycle for a day so you wake up 2lbs lighter ?

This is gonna get expensive.
 
Ronnie Coleman: The King just hit Netflix!!! This is so cool. Ronnie was literally the reason I started squatting and pulling, and ultimately where my strength training began. I remember seeing vids on YouTube of him shouting like a madman with this shape that was just incomparable - nobody could compare. He truly is the King in my book.
 
Man, Ronnie was my favorite bodybuilder (next to frank zane) but I use to watch his training videos weekly, on repeat

It’s a level 2 Strongman Corp Show, so I’m sure it will attract some very strong guys. My fiancé did this show last year and the promoter really wanted us to come back - said he’d let her lift free if I competed. Looking to: A. Finish injury free & B. Not take last. Last time I tried a level 2 show I had to pull out in last place near the end due to re-popping the top of my left bicep

Hopefully there will be vids and pics, but with us both competing I’m sure it will be hectic! They run the show with several events running at once so I may be running the yoke when she’s pressing for example.

...Unless pull ups are a mandatory discipline, hehehe!

Yes, this is the one I’m looking at. Very low quality, not as deep and slicker than any normal model - I’ve heard 300 on this model is tough as 400 on a thicker grippy model. But perfect for a training tool. Load plates and chain through the top and make it whatever weight you like.

The Husafell Stone is an ancient test of might in Iceland - you must lift the shield-shaped stone from the ground and carry it as far as you can. It is so famous that it is now incorporated into many strongman contests, where loadable metal versions are used. I am actually pretty good at it and really enjoy the event. Smokes your upper back and hammies.

Awww man Rogue is building an exact replica of the Husafell stone, as well as the sheep’s pen you carry it around in the field in Iceland, for the Pro Show at the Arnold this year! So the contest is actually going to be all of the guys doing a replica of the ancient test!

Woke up exhausted, back aching, angry, stiff. Took forever loosen up and back was being a bitch, plus had to wrap right wrist to hold the bar even on squat. Basically squat was trash except for the last 2-3 sets, which were very fast and clean. Which they should be at 75%. Then on lying leg curl first rep of second set I had the same freak out knee pain as when I attempted seated leg curls the other week, which basically finished off a terrible session.

At least I didn’t have problems lunging 95lbs with my gf I guess.

Hopefully whatever is going on with that clears up, those things are very annoying to be dealing with.

Definitely - lousy sessions are bound to happen. I’m just glad whatever is up with leg curls has been so forgiving both times, and my back actually improved through the session vs getting beat down.

M1T has been making me more aggressive/less patient it seems. Also more frequent/better wood, and since starting the Andro Factory Bulk Up my energy through the day has improved significantly despite increasing M1T this week.
