Hey everyone! Officially a week in. Everything is feeling good! I have been dosing each morning and mid evening. I did forget yesterday morning before church though! ??*♀️ Feeling leaner and healthy so that’s good!!

My daughter and I went for our first college tour today! Can’t believe it’s coming so quickly!! It was a good day!! About 6-6.5hrs of driving but fun experience!

5am-Lower body day

Giant set 1:
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
Leg press 568x12
SLDL 90x10
Plank 30 secs
Rest 1 min

12 mins - as many rounds as possible
BB split squat 95x8 each leg
Hip circle lateral squat walks 10 each way

Workout was great! Energy was actually better than it has been lately too! Especially post workout, I’m usually beat for the rest of the day!

And again at 7:30 tonight.

Workout was great today! Energy and attitude were much better! I applied the Invictus about 2 hours before my workout as well as about 6 this evening as well.

Well this morning started off great! Had a great workout but when I went home to get son on the bus, it never showed. I rushed inside to change before driving him to school and COMPLETELY forgot to apply Invictus! I was just a “we bit” stressed too! His school is 20 mins from our house and an hour from the office we were in today. So needless to say I was late for work.

I feel more tired and everything is very sore today! Could just be normal life/training though but I could tell a lot in my attitude towards everything.

Off today! We are on our annual camping trip for hubby’s birthday. I got up at 4:30 to make it to the gym before leaving. Feeling good today other than being sore everywhere! Lol Applied on my chest and stomach today. Once this morning after my shower and again this evening. I can tell how much better I feel overall when I do use it consistently twice every day!
