My daughter and I went for our first college tour today! Can’t believe it’s coming so quickly!! It was a good day!! About 6-6.5hrs of driving but fun experience!
5am-Lower body day
Giant set 1:

Leg press 568x12

Hip circle lateral squat walks 10 each way
Lying leg lifts with rev crunch 10

Workout was great! Energy was actually better than it has been lately too! Especially post workout, I’m usually beat for the rest of the day!
