I’m home! Trip was great! Minus the one day of rain, weather was perfect! Went on a hike/walk but no kayaking or running. Walk was peaceful and serene. Took some pics that I think are cool but not many of the actual festivities unfortunately. I was just enjoying the time! I am usually utterly exhausted by the end of the trip but I actually feel pretty good! Not hurting all over like usual either! I am pretty sure the Invictus is playing a big role in that!! Diet was crap all weekend but back on 100% now! Will be heading to the gym tomorrow am.

Good afternoon! Things are still going well. Most applications are on my chest/shoulders/inner bicep area. Times are typically 7-8am and 6-7pm. I love that the smell is mild and lavender...and that it dissipates quickly as well! No skin irritations at all or anything. Only positive effects literally! Lol

Leg day today. There were people on a good bit of the equipment so I had to modify my workout as we went. (Friend trained with me)

Giant set 1
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
Leg press 570x12 (wide stance)
Db sldl 45’s x10
Plank 30 secs
1 min rest
**Made it 5 rounds

Giant set 2
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
Leg extensions 115x12
Lying leg curls 80x7
Calf extensions 170x15
30 secs rest
**a lot of rounds. Forgot to hit lap to count. Quads were so full/tight!!!!

Giant set 3
10 mins - as many rounds as possible
Glute cable kickbacks 55x12 each side
Lying leg lifts w rev crunch 12
Banded lateral squat walks 10
No rests
**made it 5 rounds

Went back for 25 mins of cardio.

Hey Kat, how much are you weighing right now? Looking really good, nice and tight, flat lower abdomen, well developed upper body and legs that can move a mountain! You are kicking much ass! "My name is Kleen, and I approve this message!!!"

LMAO! My wife gives me a hard time when I separate all the grand daughters candy out in like items. They just pick it up and throw it back in there bucket when I'm done. (After I take all the almond joys when they are not looking)!
We do it every year!...they use to trade what they didn’t want or whatnot. Now it’s just my son getting candy so he shares with everyone! He enjoys sharing though!

Somebody getting OCD with the candy organization eh...
We do it every year!...they use to trade what they didn’t want or whatnot. Now it’s just my son getting candy so he shares with everyone! He enjoys sharing though!
I paid Trinity about $2 per pound of candy she is willing to sell to me then drop it all off in the break room at work. So she would go out and have fun, pick her favorite candies and then sell me everything else. So she would get some candy and make about $15-30 for the hour of "work".

Win Win!!!

Good he shares! My grand daughters fight over everything with each other.
We had a large bag of candy left over this year so I took it easy on them!

Haha ikr! I have a few ocd moments here and there!

That’s a great idea!! Our office, along with several other dental offices, are part of a candy buy back program. We pay $1 a lb and then send it to the troops except for the chocolate-we send that to the local Ronald McDonald house. It’s pretty cool!

Good he shares! My grand daughters fight over everything with each other.

Lol that’s too funny! He will fight with his sister over it, as he does everything. Most of her favorites are peanut butter and he’s allergic to nuts so he gladly gives those.

Almost a month of using the Invictus. I have enjoyed it so far! Still have about 1/4 of the bottle left. It’s one of those supplements that sneakingly help you feel better. Just overall feeling better. Less aches, frustrations, and generally a positive outlook on things. One, you may not think makes a big difference until you miss doses. I have even felt stronger since starting it. Able to add in more reps or a little more weight on things.

Yesterday’s workout ended up being at about 2 yesterday afternoon. I had to wait for the HVAC guys (that we’re supposed to come between 8/12...didn’t show till 1) I applied at 8 and then again at 7.

Workout went a little differently due to being later in the day. I took clen at 8 and struggled with trying to keep my heart rate and breathing at a normal high between sets. So I went from my giant timed sets to more just giant sets with more rests. Lol I did also do squats again yesterday. For those who don’t know, I’m dealing with a impingement and possible labral tear in my right hip. Have only squat successfully once in almost 2 years. I have been self rehabbing focusing on glutes to strengthen surrounding muscles.

Back Squats
Warmed up with several lighter sets
135x6
165x5
185x3
205x2
215x1
Didn’t push my luck just wanted to get a few sets in. They felt pretty good. Felt an odd pull in my right hamstring towards my inner thigh on the last few sets.

Giant set 1- 4 rounds
Leg press
615x10

Db Stiff Deads
50x8

Plank 30 secs
**60-90 secs rest

Giant set 2 - 4 rounds
Kneeling squats
220x12 w/ hold at top

Alt lunges
60x6 each leg

Banded lateral squat walks
10
**60-90 secs rest

Superset 1
Single leg extensions
60x12x6

Seated leg curls
80x12x6

Superset 2
Glute cable kickbacks
55x12x3

Lying leg lifts w rev. crunch
3 sets of 12

I swear if I had to guess your weight I would be in the 120lbs range, so you must have a lot of muscle packed on your frame, great work, and your years of training has built quite an impressive build. (Sexy)

She has 40-45lbs on that. I believe she would have to lose 15-20lbs of muscle to get down to 120. She is pretty jacked! You are 5'5 aren't you Kat? Somehwere around there anyway... Full on sexy beast!!!
