tell hubby :birthday: from AM forum!!!Off today! We are on our annual camping trip for hubby’s birthday. I got up at 4:30 to make it to the gym before leaving. Feeling good today other than being sore everywhere! Lol Applied on my chest and stomach today. Once this morning after my shower and again this evening. I can tell how much better I feel overall when I do use it consistently twice every day!
