Decline DB Fly: 20x18, 25x15, 30x8, 30x8

I keep only 1 in there. The rest are under the sink in the bathroom. I have probably 1000 as well. Some 5cc with 1 1/2" 18g to draw(Only use the needle), and the rest 3cc 1" 23g to pin with.

Yeah the place that i always use is constantly sending me coupons...ive been using them for many years..they are almost giving them to me for free.

nolva raises igf-1 and maybe a little of LH.. but not enough to restore your HTPA.

Not low for your age considering you cycle alot and you are off right now. Id put myself on TRT at 150 a week or so and cruise between cycles...thats what I do at least...but Im usually at 250 a week...and that keeps me about 900ish

Yeah, the one reason I'm glad I'm in Michigan. Hate this state and its crazy weather. But, it works best for my wife and her MS. So, being here finally came in handy.

I love over head pressing. But another one I have added in that I really enjoy as a supplement to lats and shoulders is the standing reverse grip overhead press. Unbelievable
