Start of New Cycle

Federal Holiday today so off from work at the hospital. Wife and I went lift together this morning. Gonna do some walking later.

Incline Bench: 95x18, 135x15, 185x10, 225x6, 225x6, RP 135x12, RP 135x7, RP 135x4

Reverse Grip Flat Bench: 95x18, 115x12, 135x12, 155x8, 155x8

Incline DB Fly: 15x18, 20x15, 30x10, 40x8, 40x8

Reverse Grip Cable Fly(High): 30x15, 25x15, 20x15, 15x15

Didn't get to do as much walking as I liked today. Was trying out a new back routine so here we have it:

Seated Cable Row w/Rope attachment: 70x18, 85x15, 100x12, 140x8, 140x8, RP 120x6, RP 120x4, RP 120x3

Behind the Back Cable Pulldown: 85x18, 100x15, 120x12, 140x8, 140x8, RP 100x10+1, RP 100x5+1, RP 100x4

Machine Underhand-grip Pulldowns: 70x18, 90x15, 110x12, 150x8, 150x8, RP 120x6, RP 120x4, RP 120x3

Rotating One-Arm DB Row: 30x12, 30x12, 30x12Invalid Link Removed

I have seen guys go up to 3 without them complaining at my planet fitness. But, yes I hate it to but its close to the house. Got a few other places I train as well. When my buddy is in town. But, working on building my home gym. I got a 1200 sq ft pole barn with a furnace, window ac for summer, and cable access.

Nice bro. Having a missus who’s also into the gym will make it easier for you to do that as well

Haha, yes brother - that’s a sweet legs session as well. The single leg press to finish is a favourite of mine as well. Great for imbalances and as a total burn out.
