Morning weight 193!

Calorie intake daily has been 1800-2000 and super clean. I have increased my weight load on every exercises,and I’am focusing on more compound movements.

This morning I will destroy these shoulders and Arms!

Warmup
Biceps and Hammer curls.

Light weight
seated dumbbell Side laterals,and front raises.

Seated Barbell Shoulder Press Front and behind.

Barbell Bent over row standing on a 45lbs plate,Upright Rows and Shrugs.
 
Morning weight 195!

This morning workout session was amazing! My last workout was this past Saturday. I took a 4 day break from Radiate,and daily calorie intake 1500-1800.

Body is still in Fasted State and HIIT CARDIO this morning. I started My weight loss journey in June 2016,and body weight was 268. My new weight is 165-170Lbs. I want to be able to say that I lost 100lbs in My lifetime,and still maintain lean muscle. Natty!

Good job big dog! Stay focuse, and you got this. Coming from a guy who lost 100lbs in 3 years, that's the biggest challenge is to stay focused. It's very easy to fall off. Looking good man. Very impressed with how tight and lean you look. To me, the lower abdomen and love handles are my biggest challenge.
 
Cardio in the Books! 3000-5000 calories today! Day 50 without coffee and Alcohol Beverages. The Sacrifice.

I woke up this morning looking Jacked Up! With new veins in the abdominal area and legs.. My daily calorie intake has been steady at 1200. I will start my Friday fasting at noontime today until noontime tomorrow. Dedication! Discipline! Sacrifice!
