Body is still in Fasted State and HIIT CARDIO this morning. I started My weight loss journey in June 2016,and body weight was 268. My new weight is 165-170Lbs. I want to be able to say that I lost 100lbs in My lifetime,and still maintain lean muscle. Natty!

I woke up this morning looking Jacked Up! With new veins in the abdominal area and legs.. My daily calorie intake has been steady at 1200. I will start my Friday fasting at noontime today until noontime tomorrow. Dedication! Discipline! Sacrifice!
