I know some people might think I am losing to much weight,or muscle mass,but in person I look bigger. I would rather lose muscle mass before I go back to this look on any given day.

looking great! radiate helped me lose 30 pounds last month. also several other nattys, true shred, pyretic, recomp rx, sup3rshred, and kingslayer. on my second month now started t 295 now 260, seem to have reached a plateau. but the caps are definitely awesome. So you said you would take a few days off radiate here and there right? how long do you plan on running it? sorry if I missed the answer earlier I was kinda speeding through the log.
 
I would run the capsule for 10 days and off for 2-3 days. Congratulations on Your 30 pound loss Bro!!

Exercise Session for today HIIT Cardio on treadmill.

When I do My cardio it’s only cardio with no weight training . That way I can mentally and physically focus on My cardio technique.

If you’re trying to lose weight,cardio need to be added to your regimen.
Cardio can be a fun exercise if you make it a Mentally Challenge,without going overboard with it.
 
When I stepped on the treadmill this morning,I was weighing 207. When I was done with cardio I got on the Scale,and the numbers was 198. Water weight and Radiate,is something else! Lol!!!
 
After watching Shawn Rhoden,Dethrone Phil Heath last night. I got on the scale for the first time before going to bed,My weight was 204. Awakening this morning My weight was 201.5. This is one of the reasons why I don’t get caught up weighing myself 2-3 times daily,and not just using the scale for my overall weight loss and Bulking goals.

Today workout
Shoulders and Back!
My Warm up will be barbell Incline chest Press 135lbs 15 sets and reps unknown.
My body is getting really lean but yet I am feeling powerful!

Yesterday and today no workouts,and My Total Calorie intake for both days 4000!
Nice man, I'm going through the same thing right now. Who would have ever thought it's a challenge to consume 2k cals a day. Good job

IKR, It’s crazy how you can change just a little in your eating Plan,and things begin to happen..
 
I am going for 188. Keeping my weight between 200-205,and than shock My body with several Extreme exercises in the next couple of days.

if anyone can do it, you can...good luck!!!:hammer:
