Yesterday Calories 2100!

This morning workout:
1.warmup Donkey kickbacks
2.10lbs bag Squat
3.Front Barbell Shoulder Press Squats.
4.traditional barbell squats.

I feel really strong this morning! This is the feeling that I have expressed about in the past after doing squats. I feel like going to the gym today after work,and hitting tomorrow’s workout. Lol!

Your thread has definitely been a huge inspiration for me bud. I saw some pics from a family function recently, and was really disappointed at how much work I still need to do to get where I want to be.
Your hard work, dedication, and determination have definitely helped me recognize the type of devotion it is going to take to reach my own goals.
I no longer dread having to go to the gym. I actually find myself losing track of time in the gym and before you know it, it's been 2 or 3 hours and my ride is calling me to make sure nothing bad has happened.

These last few weeks I have been getting 57 hours of Quality Sleep each week. This is a major part of My Cut and healthy success. You can exercise for 5 hours but without the proper eating and recovery,You will not reach your full potential Gainz.

I was talking to my brother this week and We were discussing exercising and diet. I told him that dieting and eating healthy is very hard. What I have done Mentally to get through this 23 day diet. Imagining myself on a deserted island,and the rescue ship won’t arrive until the seventh day and I only have 4 days of food and water. I will eat and drink just enough to survive each day until the rescue ship arrives.

I can do this because, once upon a time,it was very hard for my family to come by food.

Cardio today and I ended workout session with upright rows and Dumbbell Shrugs.

Jay Cutler said,he did 1000 Carbs and 300-400 grams of protein a day,from food. Some people still chasing that kind of eating and size. Wow!
