Your thread has definitely been a huge inspiration for me bud. I saw some pics from a family function recently, and was really disappointed at how much work I still need to do to get where I want to be.I would like to say; Never give up on your Gym,and Life goals. Just keep pushing forward and stay focused on the task at hand.

Your hard work, dedication, and determination have definitely helped me recognize the type of devotion it is going to take to reach my own goals.
I no longer dread having to go to the gym. I actually find myself losing track of time in the gym and before you know it, it's been 2 or 3 hours and my ride is calling me to make sure nothing bad has happened.

Awesome job brotherI did not reach my weight goal this morning,due to chips and candy bar yesterday. It took me 22 days to drop 21lbs and I feel Stoked!!
This has been a good challenge for me,and during this 22 days I only exercise 14 times! If you’re reading this,You can do this,or You will reach Your set Goals,because I believe in You! Let’s Go!!!!
