lol...I boil my ribs until almost done then put on grill with sweet baby rays sauce-absolutely delicious!!!

kinda cold out right now, but I just got a hankering for ribs...think i'm going to brave the cold and fire up the grill!!!

Workout this morning was Awesome! The gym gave us Free coffee and Bagels. Not for this 45 year old Body!

Yes sir, 3am the alarm sounds. Have a sexy azz women next to me, bed is nice and warm. Then my mind says " I don't ever want to be a fat boy again".... BOOM ...feet on the ground. ..let's go. Happens once or twice a month
 
Tuesday HIIT Weight lifting Training Vs Thursday HIIT Cardio Training. The only way to get shredded and maintain the Natty way,You must Discipline yourself with training,eating,and cardio. I look like this because I do things people don’t want to do,or they just can’t do it..

You can be a Bodybuilder or Powerlifter,but being both is hard to maintain. I see a lot of people that exercise and no progress,due to poor Diet and Exercise Plan. Increase the Intensity and Recovery.
 
Could you please post a full workout with exercises and weights, for comparison and out of curiosity ?

I will burn calories for 24 hours due to this style of training. Tomorrow is rest day and also I will reduce my calorie intake.

1 scoop of Radiate+ 20oz of Water on empty stomach at 0707. Started to feel a smooth clean energy flow at 0714.
I started my incline barbell bench press at 0745 and finished at 0845,300 reps. Now I’am ready for Gym flow!

I had only 5 hours of sleep last night got up a 0300. 1 scoop of Radiate+, and 12 ounces of water. It hit Me within 7 minutes and I was on My way to the gym at 0430... I had Super tunnel vision and Crazy energy,also I noticed the new Radiate+ has a laxative effect. Lol!!!
