I burn 1587 calories on the treadmill this morning. Tomorrow’s 10 pounds bag squats and Barbell Squatting press!

Morning weight 204!

Yesterday was My first time doing Barbell front squats shoulder press,and that was an Amazing Feeling! Morning Workout today was Barbell Flat Chest Press,Shoulders,Biceps,and Back.
 
BEAST73 in your opinion, do you think I would get results from the squeezed lemon juice in a bottle? It's a convenient issue for me. As compared to sliced lemons. Mixed with water. What you think?

Morning weight 205!
My body weight is going up Muscles getting Fuller,Stronger,tighter and smaller in the waistline. I train each body part twice a week and I truly believe it’s a must for a person My age.

Volume workouts is the perfect match for My Genetics for long term training,less injuries,and Achieving My Health Goals.

I have never done any workout routines that have gave another person success. I have always tried and Execute every workout routine at the best Safest form as possible that was best for me to achieve My Gym goals.

Our body chemistry is totally different,unless We’re related and factors play into that. It’s very hard at Maintaining your goals after you have achieved them,but at the end of the day it’s all about Discipline and Dedication!

My calorie intake for yesterday, 3300! I preparing My body for this 4 day Raw intense workouts. Today’s workout is Abs,Arms,10lbs Bag Squats,and Barbell Squat Shoulder Press.

Today workout Chest,Back,Traps,and at the end of pushing and pulling Weights I will perform HIIT cardio on the treadmill.

This workout will not benefit Me tomorrow if My Eating and Sleeping is not on point. Let’s Go!!

Workout this morning was 75lbs barbell Front Squat Shoulder Press. 10 sets, the highest rep was 55 and the lowest rep was 15.

I haven’t exercise in 4 days now,and feel Great! My daily Macros has been Very Dirty!
 
Morning Weight 211.5 and Day 7 without exercising.

Today will be my first day back in the gym,and My goal is to lose 21 pounds in 23 days. It’s time to put My foot on the gas pedal and get back on My Grind!!

This morning Workout was Abs,10Lbs Bag Squats,and barbell Shoulder Press Squats. Yesterday calorie intake 1058,also yesterday Cardio session I burned 1720 calories!
