Oh you got that sh1t on lock. Whats your weight now? If you could get everything dialed in i bet you could get to november at under 200Man you all are some down to earth guys . I appreciate all of grand comments. I can't wait until lawncare slows down a bit and I can channel all my energy to my fitness and nutrition again. This is a normal cycle for me though. I go hard nov-April and slow down during the summer cause of lawn care. One thing I am doing this year is keeping the weight down. If I can get into November at 205-210 compared to 240 last year that took me 6 months to loose this year I'm good. I'm just sitting back looking at all these new products coming out weekly licking my chops...

It's like this, I drink about 6oz off the top. About 12 minutes on the treadmill and everything changes. The music gets louder, the speed gets faster, the sweat starts pouring and then I just want to get off the treadmill and start getting the PUMPS from the vaso...but I want to run fast...but I want to curl some dbs...but I want to f*k up my heavy bag.. sh1t get crazyStill can’t beliebe you do 2 scoops of cannibal riot. Had a nice workout this morning, man oh man how good it feels. Just feel so refreshed and alert in the morning. That CANNIBAL RIOT is the bomb. I haven't had it in about 2 months, gotta re up asap. Where you at BloodManor. ..is it still on sale?
Gonna try and glide through with 3 or 4 workouts a week, really focus on nutrition throughout Sept and balls to the wall oct1. The goal is to be around 205 on Oct 1, then shred down to 190-195 over the winter. That's my normal routine. Gonna go back to the beginning of this thread and check my supps routine. Thinking of running some laxo and epi at the same time this go around. Might throw in some radiate, always have some GET DIESEL, test boosters, coq diesel, and e2 in the mix. Gotta get my protein stash up, got 2 jugs of pes for now. Then get my bcaa situated. If yall fellas got any recommendations and something you would likeep to see me run that accommodates the above let me know as you all know when I'm 100%, I log everyday. ...boy oh boy did I mention 2 scoops of CANNIBAL RIOT at 3am and 1 cap of ALPHA LEAN at 5am....flying high right now.....got a 24oz coffee staring at me now.........

You can probably attribute 1 MAYBE 2% of your progress to the supplements and the rest was due to your hard work and paying attention to your diet. You don't need to be on a couple hundred dollars of supps to get the results you have been getting. They really help with external motivation but actual effectiveness is pretty limited with most of them. Most people do really well when logging because they work harder and have more discipline because they want to report good things and it also helps to get more free product if you put on a good log. However most of the time if they just put in that extra effort they would get almost exactly the same results with just discipline and good nutrition.
For instance with Rocket3015 In my and a couple others opinions, he gave a lot of credit to the diet pills he used to get himself cut during the transformation contests, but it was his newfound dietary discipline that was responsible for that transformation. It and the transformation challenge just helped him with the mindset needed to buckle down, the product itself probably at best burnt 1lb of what he lost in that time frame. Short of appetite suppression the amount of extra energy burnt due to a natty diet pill is very minimal! Just because your CNS is amped up doesn't mean the rest of your body is actually burning more energy. There is some via mild thermal-genesis but we are really dealing in the minutia there.
All of the test boosting stuff I would save until you are focusing on creating mass. As far as protein powder, I would go with casein as it will keep your nitrogen retention far higher and that is the goal when trying to maintain mass while losing weight, not spurring synthesis via many extra serving of insulin spiking Whey protein. When it comes to diet pills, use whatever gives you energy and helps with appetite but don't go bumping up the doses any higher than what is needed explicitly for that purpose. The reward on those things is minimal at best and going over the recommended dose just typically increases side effects far more than it does efficacy. All you need from them is appetite control and a little energy to combat the lethargy of being in a deficit, going above that isn't really helping anyone other than the supplement company you bought it from.

Try doing it matthersby's way! Hes bulking right now and eats a jar a day lolI think I go through a jar of PB a week haha. I use it in my oatmeal every morning and with a lot of my mid day snacks.
