Plastic surgery and fashion to compliments one's great physique.

Also most of my mass is in my back and legs, you have mass all over where is my progress was a bit more hit or miss due to being a newb comapred to you. Here is ny back, it is very thick and dense compared to where it was before.Invalid Link Removed
Yes, your back dwarves mine.

All I focused on were your ears, dude. I would fix that flappers ASAP!

Damn you I almost choked on my water while reading this lol. I knew a kid back in high school who had big ears. Everyone used to call him dumbo in the gym locker-room. Wonder what happened to him...

OP, just say you’ll quit the steroids and learn the basics and we’ll all stop the criticism, welcome you with open arms, help you along the way, and answer any questions you may have.

This guy lol. His ears are the least of his worries. I’d focus on what’s between them after what I’ve seen here.

You know who gets their ears pinned? Dogs.

He can not compete with you. You even have a battle scar from your last fight with Wolverine on your back.

Well in his first post he said he was close to having a 10/10 body. And later we found out he has 20% bf. How in the hell is that close. He need a to get to single digits before any surgery and he wont be getting there in 14 weeks.
Not only does he need to cut 10% body fat, he also has to gain 20 pounds of muscle AFTER losing that fat, which is HUGE. On the scale of never lifted to Frank Zane (often called the king of aesthetics and Greek God physiques), that’s more than halfway there haha. All in well under a year!

AND, don't forget, after all those roids, he may also need a hair transplant (balls to head).

Yeah, the marks on his back are even tiny compared to mine! I was going to say it was from his mom, but that’d be mean. It was actually from me standing up into an open cabinet lol. But I can proudly say I won that fight. Don’t even get me started about the scar on my head from running into a mailbox; I’ll never be a 10/10 now.

I don't. I'm working in the "enhanced section" here on AM.

That is him after surgery:

I walked into a street sign once. Mind you I was looking down at my phone and didn't see it coming. Left a nice little mark above my eye. Luckily it didn't scar, but I manged to save face by telling those who asked me what happened that I was involved in a fight haha.

I ran into the mailbox playing baseball, but I caught the ball dammit (the cut needed to be glued shut). And my brother ran into the same mailbox playing football. And it survived 20+ years of Florida hurricanes. It’s a BEAST of a mailbox! I do have a slightly longer than finger length scar from surgery running down my lower stomach, but they placed it perfectly over my lower ab section, so now I always have a six pack!

This is 165 at 5'8. No idea bodyfat maybe 12ish. I look twice as big as you OP. No juice either. Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Man that's cool. I feel kinda lame now since all I have is a scar on my elbow from my friend who somehow managed to get his teeth locked into my elbow when we were playing basketball in our old church. He was a really pesky defender. All in all, I indirectly winded up bending his teeth and his braces had to be corrected. To make matters worse, he had my blood caught in his braces too! What a funny night that was though. Literally everyone was asking me how I was doing instead of my friend who got the worst of it lol

I also have a scar about 6 inches long from my belly button down from going septic after my appendix surgery. 17 inches of small bowl removed from being infected. This was back in march. Before that I weigh 193 then after surgery dropped to 155 all skin and bones. Luckily for muscle memory and those pics are where I'm at now

This is never going to stop. I just want to echo Chados and say, this kid is 1. Trolling 2. Serious, and needs guidance 3. Has been bullied plenty prior to this thread. I think we honestly need to just leave it be, he has 30 pages of either great advice from older guys, riddled with tons of nasty insults. There’s too much good on AM to trash on people bc they are misguided.

Please let this thread die...
seriously please.

Haha, scar stories from silly things are great. I also have one on my arm from playing with my dog, one on my knee from walking into a bedframe, one on my chin from back when I played football, and a tiny one on my ear from being hit by a stray rock someone threw.

There has been plenty of guidance and advice, and offers for more if he will listen, but he’s instead doubled down on running MORE steroids. I agree we’re beating a dead horse at this point, but it’s not like people are ripping him apart just because he thinks he’s bigger than he is. He’s going to seriously hurt himself; it’s be irresponsible not to show him the error of his ways.

I agree. Who knows you guys could cyber bully him into suicidal behavior. Besides it is apparent he isn’t going to listen to advice anyhow.

I truly hope the kid is trolling. And if he isn't and is really serious about this, then in this case especially since he's continued to ignore the guidance that we've provided for him, a little tough love isn't necessarily a bad thing. If it means preventing him from doing something he'll end up eventually regretting later on life, then so be it. Just don't want to see the guy get himself hurt. But at the end of the day, it's not my body it's his so hopefully for his sake he doesn't do anything hasty. That's all.

A wonderful quote from a book I just started reading to fall asleep to. I though it was funny to read that quote that so beautifully summarizes the theme of this entire thread just 5 minutes after putting the phone down. Funny coincidence, isen't it?

Repeating the same thing and expecting differnt results is the definition of insanity. This guy has gotten the same advice over and over from multiple different posters and reacts the same way by resisting. The thread is becoming a waste of time and just serving lifting the egos of others who boast
because their physique is superior to his, thus elevating themselves by degrading him. Time to lay off!

That’s all I’m saying. Guidance and caution are one thing. You’re a transgender queer with a shytty physique is another.

Are you admitting you have been blinded? Do you now see things clearly?

I agree this horse is dead, but we're still trying to help him, even if it's not working, and is a waste of time. The purpose of showing other physiques is to show him that he can gain a LOT of muscle AND lose a LOT of fat WITHOUT running MULTIPLE STEROIDS. If he sees what's possible naturally, and that the people who have done it are willing to help him, maybe he'll change his mind and listen to reason.

Oh, trust me, that mailbox deserves to be feared!

I'm not worried that we bully him to suicide, you know why? If he takes his life now, he will be a really ugly corpse. Judging him by his words, he would rather be a perfect corpse. So, no. He wouldn't do anything stupid -not before surgery.

BTW, I think he isn't taking himself too serious either. Pretty good at trolling along, actually!

One of my favorite movie quotes.
They made a book about this movie I think.

This thread has more than one delusional person. I will never understand those who give lifting/dieting advice when they themselves look like they’re new to lifting or obese.

Muscle up, awesome physique and congrats on achieving it naturally!

That probably explains why I haven't played basketball with the friend who gave me my elbow scar. It was at least 10 years ago. God forbid we play a game together again, what happens next? I can't afford to have him go Hannibal Lector on me and end up biting my face off!

Thanks. I've been slacking (busy) lately, but I know I can get even much bigger naturally before I'd use steroids. No sense even using them until I know I can have my diet and training dialed in close to perfectly, which isn't now haha.

THAT one I gonna memorize! Way too many people spend imaginary money, they still don't have, in anticipation of a deal they may gonna make in future!

Also applies to Lionheart1776 , who thinks, that the progress will go on and end with a Greek god physique. By the way, I'm starting to like Lionheart1776 , no homo. He really is steering the forum up, LOL.
I highly doubt that he is dead serious about all that surgery stuff -and his ears.
