I’m not talking about harming the face via scars, I’m talking about the reconstruction itself looking slightly off in a way that enters the uncanny valley for some people.

Why not just get in shape, give it a year at least of consistency, get a GOOD haircut, keep your facial hair, if you have any, neat (maybe grow a beard if you don’t like your jawline), whiten/straighten your teeth if need be, and dress well, if not super expensively. See how that works, and if it doesn’t, only then even begin to consider surgery and steroids. Sound good? It’ll do wonders for you even just what I just explained.

So assuming I am 5 10 188 and and about 20% Body fat right now. I have 37.6 lbs of body fat. If I were to cut 20 lbs I'd be 168 lbs at 10.4% body fat. From 5'10 168 and 10.4% body fat I'll have enough time 3.5 months or so to put on as much mass as I can. (I will have a coach, a trainer, and all the tools that my coach think I can handle in use. I would have 14 ****ing weeks, from a base of 5 10 168 to get to a leanish 185-190. Which is my ultimate and final bodybuilding goal. I would only have to put on 17lbs of lean tissue whist staying below 12% body fat. Is it a sure bet? No. But it's far from off the charts crazy.
If I can put on 20 lbs of muscle and loose 20 pounds of fat in a period of 7 months (When Ultra Music Festival my "Bodybuilding show") I'll be quite happy and that'll put me pretty damn close to my goal of looking like a Greek God (That number would be close to what would have been my natty limit, hence me stopping. So lets say I am cutting for the next 3.5 months I'd need to cut lose 1.5 lbs of fat per week to get to the 10.4% and gain 1.25 LBM per week for the next 14ish weeks and boom GOAL COMPLETED. I could even be slightly behind and still be pretty damn happy with it.
Dude, I’m 5’10” 155-160lbs, probably not far off/under 10% body fat, and I have substantially more mass than you going on pics.

Also, 17 pounds of actual lean muscle is HUGE. You don’t realize that because you’re so green in this realm.

Also, using the term “natty limit” while using multiple steroids is silly.
 
For ****s and giggles, here’s a side-by-side of the Roman God statue in question next to me, a natty who is 5’10” (a similar height as you IIRC), who only weighs 155-160, and who has been slacking lately. Get to where I am first, then consider using steroids maybe?

I never said face scars were the problem, but that having a potentially unnatural or out of place looking jaw would be the problem. I have a few small scars on my face, but nothing major.

Hey planet fitness has free pizza on the first Monday of the month. If I was cutting, id tear it up. Oh, I also got asked to stop lifting heavy on the Smith bench...the judgment free zone only judges people that actually train. I hate that place. Disgrace to what we do

I just love how he repeatedly admits to knowing little to nothing about this whole game, but then makes all these grandiose claims about how much muscle he’ll gain and how much fat he’ll lose in so little time, and details his steroid stack, and then claims it’ll be ok because he’ll follow his as of now hypothetical trainer/coach’s directions, assuming that they’ll just say “yeah, this is a realistic goal and I condone a complete novice stacking steroids.” He seems to have all the answers already, why bother with a coach or trainer? He knows his diet, he knows his cutting and bulking schedule, he knows his drug stack, what more is there?

It is but when I dont have a ton of time its across the street, and I can get in there. They are amazed I walk past the pizza and never get any.

The one by me isn’t that bad when I visited it as a guest. They don’t have barbells and the dumbbells only go up to 75 or so, but they seem to let anything go with what they do have. I’m nowhere near your level, but I’ve done weighted Dips with 3 plates and they didn’t tell me not to haha. I’ve also never heard their stupid alarm go off, while other PF’s alarms would pretty much go off if you re-racked the weights too loud haha.

If you’re gonna post all this **** you may as well post a pic of your face. You’d get more respect no matter how fugly you THINK you are. I don’t have chiseled features, a perfect nose, teeth or jawline but I embrace what I have and chicks dig it.

I am 20% body fat so no ****ing **** you look bigger lol. But unless someone thinks my current picture is more than 20% bodyfat thst would mean I have more lean mass than you. Mine is less pretty due to the fat. If someone thinks I'm over 20% body fat please let me know because that's I'm ussing as an assumption for my diet timeline. And 17lbs for a less trained athlete is very doable in 14 weeks with AAS. Even if I gained 14lbs of muscle and 14lbs of fat in this bulk (which looks posaible since I didn't get any bigger around the waist(Same bodyfat% in both pictures roughly). Next bulk around I'll be much better prepared (diet and training wise) and have more AAS behind me then my little baby test cycle I just completed.

Or you’re carrying a lot of WATER WEIGHT from your steroid use, which doesn’t give the same appearance as actual muscle tissue, and will disappear once you get off the juice...

I’m telling you there is nowhere near 28 pounds of muscle between your two pics. It’s probably not even half of that...

My arms are probably bigger in circumference than yours and substantially leaner, and I’m not a huge Greek God by any stretch of the imagination haha.

After a 3 month cycle you dont even look like you lift bro. You dont just jump straight on roids without knowing how to lift or you end up wasting your cycle bc you dont know what the fck you're doing. Calm yourself down and take a real look in the mirror and know where you're at and take inventory of what you got, evaluate where you want to be, and them you can make a plan for how to get there. My arms are 15ish inches and sometimes 15.5 kind of varies based on when I last trained. For my lifts my bench is 155x15x3 my squat machines are 3 plates 45, 1 plate 10, and 5 plate one on each side. For 3 sets of 15 reps. Pullups I'm up to about 9 now, but usually do 3x7 since 9 fries me a bit to much for the rest of the workout. And for all the others I would have to look at my log book but some others I can think of arm curls are at 25lbs for 3 sets of 15 reps. I train with ligher weights because it helps me do the form better, otherwise I have a hard time isolating the muscles and keep the secondary ones out(say traps dping to much for the real dealt fly. Farmers walk is 3x30 seconds and 90 lbs each hand. Rack pull above the knee is 225x20x3. Tricep pull down is 9 sets of 70 lbs and 15 reps each. Chest press is 240x8x6, the sitting down sqaut thing is 3 plates on each side for 3 sets of 30 reps. Pefect form on all of them since to protect the joints from being stressed to quickly. What about yours?

Yeah, once he finds a coach that's willing to take him on as a client (big if), at the very least he should do you a solid and have the coach be in touch with you in the near future since you're clearly looking small with your lack of body fat. He could even write you up a steroid cycle to help you gain lean mass faster too. That'll solve everything! I kid, I kid. Awesome physique bro!

Dude, I warm up with that bench weight for 20 reps, but you’re bigger than me, of course. I can do the same amount of pull-ups as you with 25-45 extra pounds.

Incline bench press 90-100lb dumbbells for 10 without a spot, do 45 pound weighted Pullups (wide grip, no thumb hold) for 6-10 reps, weighted Dips (deep reps) with 90 for ~10 reps, a few reps wirh 135. Squatted (full ROM) 365 max, 225 for 20+ reps. At no more than 165 pounds, all natural.

Jokes aside, the numbers actually are looking good for your weight -and considered that you are relatively new to this. That does NOT mean I agree with your outlook on life -and expectations of progress.

Haha thanks. I’m admittedly a bit smaller and less lean now than I was there (see my other pics ITT), but still, the point stands haha, and I don’t think I’m a Greek God (I have my angles where I look good though). And I haven’t used steroids, so he can achieve something comparable if not more without them, as I’m not near my potential really.

Also most of my mass is in my back and legs, you have mass all over where is my progress was a bit more hit or miss due to being a newb comapred to you. Here is ny back, it is very thick and dense compared to where it was before.

All I focused on were your ears, dude. I would fix that flappers ASAP!
