You are one strong dude!
Strong workouts brother! Loved seeing that picture of you and your wife! Cute couple for sure.
I quit posting all the deetz yrs ago... takes too much time and effort for which not many people care anyhowGym
Arms/Neck
Too much to write down, 90 minutes of grinding through at least 12 exercises.
I normally text it to myself while in the gym inbetween sets and then just copy and paste. It only takes a second to type a set

I have a strict "no phone in gym" policy. Very conservative when it comes to that. Took me some time to wean off my training partner.
Or the gym banned you from having your phone after the secretive photos you were taking of the Thai bird a while back haha
Yeah I use to write it all down in a log book, but I just find it easier to text it to myself. Cause with my TBI I forget **** to easy if I dont write it down somewhereTotally forgot to take a pic of her (butt)! Well, its because I never have my phone at hand.
I have the phone with me for music -but it stays in my gym bag.

Lol, I was at the gym for 3 hours today. I think I did 5 exercises. I do a lot of sets. Bench takes an hour alone. I'm gonna switch up my workout soon....good work brother
Couldn't even shave when I was done...lol

Yeah, I cramp up really easily for a few hours after training. Plus i shave my head...I usually can't do it without locking up in my arm, or back. Its probably because I sweat out every ounce of fluid in my system during training. I leave it all in the gym, 100 percent every time I train.
Hmmm, now I'm curious
Lol, sounds like your plan to embarrass her with your "agility" worked.
actually body combat is pretty fun.. the other one is challenging and not that bad really.. just not what you will think is optimum after you really hit the weights.. however like you said, its probably a great feeder between real lifts!
The decision was made easy because all my sparring partners quit on me anyways. A friend told me, when I asked why all quit, that it made them look weak... not my intention, I swear, don't even know how to box properly. ( Or maybe my constant shots to their nuts annoyed them?) Since there isn't anyone to beat, I have to dance....sounds legit, LOL.
Yeah, just remember this is cardio based martial arts... If you attempt to finish your kicks like in Karate you are going to play hell. Not one single punch or kick is thrown with proper form, or full extension in a lot of those classes. So be ready for 3/4 reps if you want to keep up with the pace. Might be different now but that is how it was with most of the ones i have been in, especially the Taebo or whatever Billy Blanks used to or may still do.Just watched some vids about "bodypump" and "body combat". "Bodypump" is NO cardio. Its like a overall feeder workout. I think that could be beneficial anyways.
Will do heavy bag after each workout to get more cardio in. The "body combat" is more to my liking, finally doing some kicks and punches, even though, a dog lifting his leg while pissing, will look better than my kicks.
Zumba update
-FUGG ZUMBA
Now trying Tuesdays: "Bodypump" and Wednesdays:"Body Combat", together with wife. She agreed that the advanced Zumba class isn't for me at all.
"Bodypump" is aerobic with light weights to music and "Body combat" is like "drunk Russians fighting to music". Suits me better, I guess.
Somebody just has too heavy of hands for sparring it sounds like... when someones 50-75% knocks the wind out of you on a regular basis, it is no longer fun to spar.

you know what you tell a woman with 2 black eyes?? nothing, shes already been told twice!!We both (wife and I) are still looking around, doing "gym shopping" so to speak. Any activity has to fit into our working schedule, that is the complicated part. Most gyms are offering at early hours only either "spinning" :yuck: or "zumba".
I wish I could convince my wife to be my sparring partner.(actually a good idea to straighten her out and be more obedient, LOL).
Hahaha! I see what you are thinking here. Not the case AT ALL. Light sparring is open hands (open fist) for me. All about the movements and no connects to the head (unless very light). To the body, shots can be more heavy -but not to the point of trying to make em sh1t their pants, LMAO!
Nah, I have good control. Sometimes, after announcing it first, if they lean back to avoid a jab, I barely touch em with my fingers, just to make sure they got the message, that its not enough to lean back. Mostly it goes without touching.
Have to put up a video, I guess, to illustrate, IF I find someone willing again. My guess is, they are not experienced enough. I'm too fast for most, no hype here, it just makes them look awkward, being always in the defensive. The other thing is, I really love counter punches, so they avoid punching in the first place.... I'm convinced, a guy with decent boxing skills wouldn't have that problem with me. When I sparred with that MMA pro, it was me that was in trouble, I loved it. Thing is, he charges way too much money for the hour.
I'm fine with that! Wednesday is my first try. Not gonna attempt any karate moves, just following the flow and get sweaty.
6'6" 320 lbs any pics, you are huge !
Yeah in my experience people who think they can fight and try to spar someone whos experienced learn real fast that they dont know how to fight lol. I learned that lesson real quick when i first started training mma and also learned how to fight real quick too lolHahaha! I see what you are thinking here. Not the case AT ALL. First day of "Bodycombat"
Went with the wife to the new gym, applying for "Bodycombat". Turns out, "Bodycombat" was cancelled due to lack of participants.
Awesome....
The clerk said: "But we have a "rowing class" going." So I went with her to the rowing class. 7 people rowing on the spot and a trainer telling you how fast. Felt like a slave on a Viking ship.
One of the most boring exercises the planet has to offer -BUT, challenging, middle and lower back were toast. Did 3 miles in 50 minutes (must be a good distance for a first timer, trainer said so) Then I remembered that today was "back day" in the other gym. Went straight to the next gym and did:
Pull ups/SS/ seated row one armed 265lbs
Pull:10
Row: 6
Pull: 10
Row: 6
Pull: 9+1
Row: 5
Cable lat press down rope
65lbs x14/15/12
2x2 minutes heavy bag
Not more gas in the tank...
Today was my off day. All day on the couch with Netflix, rice, chicken, and oatmeal. Lol
Just you wait until you cut! It sucks !
Had nothing to eat today, have to slim down. Planed is one meal, mainly beef, eggs and some nuts.
Trying to go without carbs for 2 days.
I'm going to go low carbs high protein...but I'm gonna eat. Cardio daily. The plan is to lose body fat slowly and see what I can transform into by next summer...also going with Tren, test, clen
I'm too old for clen and tren. Just 200mg test/w and 20mg var/d. Feeling good so far, lost a little bit of size -but fat is flying off.
