I doubt I'm stronger overall. Short arms and legs are giving me an advantage for some exercises, mainly back -but I'm a puzzy when it comes to legs -or overhead stuff. Also, my dips are no chest dips either....

Edit: Time for a friendly competition? :)
 
Actually, my pull/chin ups got weaker. I have a vid of me doing 11 or 12 chin ups with a 45lbs plate, can't do that anymore....now wondering on what gear I was when I did them....maybe NPP (Lactating-nipple-chin ups)? Gonna look it up.

I kinda hate leg training too. I enjoy heavy leg training, like 5 reps or less, but to do real leg hypertrophy work is know genuine discomfort.

I am up for a challenge if you have something in mind (except lunges, you can keep those!). I bet some others would join in too.

Yes, please, keep the lunges! LOL. Will think of some sadistic challenges -but need some time to come up with.

So youre saying if i take 20,000 iu of vitamin d a day that it may lower my stim tolerance? Ill give it a try. Ive got a bunch of 2000iu pills at home. My stim tolerance is pretty ridiculous and i can never seem to make myself take a stim break

Not to hijack this thread - I can't even keep up with everything in here. It moves at a 5+ page per week clip and with my limited time on here, and my long-azz posts, this pace is just way too much for me. haha. But there is so much good info in here.


At any rate, it's been about 3 weeks so I don't expect too much, as I've stated the effects are subtle for a while - but have you two been sticking to the Vitamin D? Noticed anything?

And, I like my lower tolerance - it makes stims more useful to me and I don't need them as much haha.

Lol the machine my quad/knee actually got hurt on recently! After that I cut all the Figure girl hypertrophy work and just dialed in my peak Boxsquat. That machine does work though!

I am so sore from that 20 rep squat set Saturday. That is a mean challenge for anyone! Even with the weight very light, it was awful.

100% serious. Im sure theres other factors at play but i cant think of what else would effect that. But after a few days of my pwo making me feel like crap i just stopped taking them

Cool. I had a similar experience, but with just coffee - I normally drink a lot of coffee and suddenly, in the afternoon, I would feel wired just from that. It kind of snuck up on me. I was the same way - felt there were other factors, but that was really the only change.

The good news is, you can probably get a kick from a 1/2 dose of your PWO if you need it now. hahaha.

It will be interesting to see if others have the same experience.

Still dreaming up a challenge -but I always come up with stuff I'm good at... :) That would not be fair, wouldn't it?

I have always had a decent amount of coffee every day, now I'm older sometimes by the afternoon it feels like a late cup can have the opposite effect making me feel more tired.

I will. That makes me the only non-gay man in Bananaland doing zumba.
First session is tomorrow morning at 8 am. From what I heard, its a good cardio.

Nah, we almost do not communicate anymore, kids, work, me lifting and posting on AM. I spontaneous decided to break the circle and do stuff I wouldn't normally do, to pep up the relation and my health. She is already happy now, even hugged me....that was new.

The decision was made easy because all my sparring partners quit on me anyways. A friend told me, when I asked why all quit, that it made them look weak... not my intention, I swear, don't even know how to box properly. ( Or maybe my constant shots to their nuts annoyed them?) Since there isn't anyone to beat, I have to dance....sounds legit, LOL.

That's funny my wife go's to Zumba with a Gay (guy) friend of ours!!
 
My knees still suck azz. No idea if the zumba is a good idea to counter the stiffness, we will see.

Going from a bulk cycle into an aerobics class(the instructor was a gym friend so pushed me hard) put minor tears into both my achelies tendons. I couldn't run or jump for 12 months after that.
Only done the stupid class because my spotters weren't watching me on a 1RM test in a leg press machine which popped a vessel in the back of my head.
