Wife and me at Zumba:

Will keep doing it. Great cardio and the time goes by fast. The one hour felt like merely 50 minutes to me (Hehehe).
Was a bit frustrating, following complicated steps and turns.
Next session is on Thursday.
Tonight's gym is chest-night, full power.

Man someone's stopped the mt2. That beard used to be dark. But you can really see the joy on you wife's faces. It's always good to step out of your zone for your girl. They love stupid sh!t like that. Also how's your penis? ;)

While using Melanotan, beard was pitch black. What can I tell....I'm not only hairy and bald -I'm also a ginger.

How is my penis? Depressed. None of the zumba-milfs had a stimulating effect.

Class starts in 40 min. Will keep that in mind. Already popped some cardarine to keep up with the girls for at least 5min, LOL.
On my way to the slaughter house (that's how I feel....).

That's because most people don't pop "cardarine" for the girls. Just saying. You are kind of strange, but that's why we love ya. No homo, since we now know you're switching sides. Don't get any ideas.

Oh speak for yourself. There is definitely homo love for my old grandpa from me. ;)

Tomorrow early in the morning: fugging Zumba.

Leaning up at accelerated rate. Anavar is helping -but getting cramps in forearms and calves, also slight insomnia. Figuring, that my new source of var is a good one.

You are a strong motherfcker hgp

Yes, he is and one day I will be there too

Thank you! Training with a young and strong partner helps tremendously. He calls me "puzzy" when I don't give it all.
When he was on t-bol and clomid for 6 weeks (60mg tbol/25mg clomid), he came close to my numbers in a few exercises. Now in PCT, my job is it to keep his spirit up, because strength is dwindling.
His diet and rest time sucked, he also had alcohol a few times -but kept about 3.5lbs of gained lean mass, while losing 1-1,5% BF. Not bad.
Now he regrets his lack of discipline, LOL. I told him so.

The picture in my mind ...................

Zumba was sh1tty. The moves are complicated and change every few seconds. Felt like a noob, trying to do a advanced karate kata.
Utterly frustrating, thinking of quitting. Not only am I the only male, but a 215 lbs gorilla, shaking his butt, struggling to fit in.

On the other hand, I broke a sweat -and that's what it is about, right?

Unless they are making as much fun of you as we have of "Kevin" asking about Testa-C stick it out. Now if their harrassing you just bonk them on the head and quit

If you are doing it for cardio then actually it’s perfect right now. Technically being ‘bad’ at something means you are using more energy to achieve the same as someone who is good at it.....

I think it’s Dan John (although not 100%) who says that you should do cardio on any exercise you are bad at until you get good, then change......

Hope that helps, plus I want you to keep doing it as every time you mention it I think of you in a bright orange leotard and it makes me smile haha

Nobody gives a fugg about me, that's not the problem. Thing is, I can't follow those complicated moves and have to trot on the spot for too long.
WTH, I'll get over it. At the end I'll do it for my wife and keep her company.

Yep, I'm over it and keep struggling. I don't really wanna get good at it, its WAY to feminine... really. Lot of azz shaking and hip rolling, together with complicated "meniscus-killer-twists" while doing waves with the arms -and whatnot. And the music....that crappy, happy, smiley Latin noise....god I HATE it!

That's the music I'm into:

That is the music for Zumba, exactly like THAT, movements and all:

LOL at the thought of you doing that

I'm betting you and your wife bought matching shirts, socks and headbands. Am I right?

And I'm reminded of Hamlet.......The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

I let remind you of an Old Wise Saying ...... "Happy Wife, Happy Life"

I did a body pump class with my wife (who is a former professional dancer - ballet & jazz - not pole, not that there is anything wrong with that career choice) and we had to use plastic steps with plastic blocks under them for all the move sequences. I couldnt follow all the sequence changes and after about 20min I was so full of lactic acid I couldnt feel my feet. I mis-stepped on the edge of the box, flipping it into the air as I crashed to the floor. The whole class stopped to look at me and the chick running it couldnt stop laughing even as she was asking me if I was ok.

Not doing that again.

I took a Yoga Class years ago with my wife and sister, about half way through the class the instructor looked at me and said "First Time Try Yoga?" I thought it was hilarious !!
