Which supplements do you take daily?

Since Olive leaf extract has been found to naturally kill many virus types, would there be a good chance that it would the new Zika virus as well?

Maybe with megadosing. But the odds of even getting any of this hammed up stuff the CDC talks about is super rare.

What i find being the most important is Omega 3- it helps with a number of ailments but most noticeably, my over all health. you need to find a great product that has the purest form of Omega 3, ( it comes from fish and most products dilute the oil to cut back on costs)

Ya I was looking into adding in a BP supp and spirulina looks to be an all around good add-in... and it's like 7g of protein per dose

Add some chorilla I think that’s how you spell it.

Serious question.. how much skin exposure would you say is enough to not need additional Vitamin D? I am outside quite a bit for work but in boots, jeans, and a polo. Only my arms are really exposed directly.

My Vit D levels came back low (very low end ~ also a primary suspect in my auto-immune disease ((psoriasis)) but i would wager with a UV around 6/8 probably 45-1hr would be sufficient) I vaguely remember an article surfacing saying a half hour a half hour a day would half your body exposed would suffice in raising and maintaining vitamin d levels (iirc)

From 10 minutes to 200 minutes per person depending on age, weight, skin color, length of shadow, etc. and it is the amount of time lying down in the sun in a swimsuit ranges.

I would ask why do you HAVE to take the dextrose?

Rather perhaps ask what would you be able to do? What's important what's most certainly not.

Look into Mark Sisson, Rich Roll. Those are high continuance competitors I know who avoid the sugar parcels and don't go to that "promoted approach". Rich who was a legal advisor and ran the Ultra marathon.

I would start scrutinizing the regular conviction, that is generally where you can take in the most.

Spirulina is aBlue-green algae product. These are used for many conditions.
Spirulina is an excellent source of protein, in a 100 gram bottle you get 290 calories which is 20% more than the daily value apart from the proteins and the energy it is a good source of other important nutrients like the vitamin B,C,D,E, K iron, manganese, calcium, potassium, etc. Just to compare the potatoes Matt Damon had in the Martian had 77 calories per 100 grams.

1 gram vit c
MST MVP-365 and ZMK
AI Sports beta alanine 2-4 grams, aiming for 6 sometimes don't make it
BPI micronized creatine mono
MST Rpg-Ibcaa
MST L -glutamine ajipure
Hi-tech potassium with iodine
formula one I think is name of brand liver aid with nac, alpha lipoic acid
selenium between meals
MST Joint mechanic
just started extra magnesium and zinc

I highly recommend Millennium Sports products (MST) because they do cGMP certified meaning Leading Edge quality control. Everything is tested prior to assembly and after. This makes me feel very safe.

fish oil 1 gram epa, and 1 gram dha daily. each of my fish oil capsules have about 500 of each one
Could take it year round indeed if I had more money. I take cheaper stuff year round and crack open my better stuff (lately Joint Mechanic but I have a couple more that are pretty good) when I have problems.
