Which supplements do you take daily?

Evomuse Gut Health

A few days back I had a severe case of indigestion and my physician prescribed a pro-biotic drink to have three times a day and I was pretty good within a day. So, I think pro-biotic is good for health. Some people in my family take a probiotic drink everyday once and claim it's helped with their gastric and other stomach related issues.

KSM-66
Rhodiola Rosea
BCM-95
Fish oils
Multi
Vitamin K
Vitamin D
NAC
Panthethine

Regardless of day, I always take these. M-F, I take BA, CM, P02 and whatever pwo, protein I need. I also alternate items for anecdotal purposes.

Does Rhodiola rosea (roseroot) extract really help fight off depression and anxiety, reduce fatigue, and improve physical and mental performance?

Is L-Glutamine good for gaining muscle?

It has not been proven to provide any significant benefit to weightlifting gains; I'm pretty sure that's hocus-pocus.
It’s more of a support supplement than anything really. It can help the gut and things like that. As for actual performance, alanyl-glutamine, or just glutamine with alanine, seems to be better able to make it to the muscles and perhaps help with endurance and things like that, but none of them are going to be really “muscle builders” to the same degree as, say, Creatine.

Yes otherwise I would not still be using it still some years now. It’s the fatigue reducing especially without enough sleep and/or traveling that’s always helped me

you must include squats and deadlift in your workout regime If you want to gain muscles. Eat more calories especially on training days that include plenty of protein, carbs and vegetables and take adequate rest. If you need something additional to your diet for muscle gain, glutamine supplements are there to minimize the muscle breakdown and improve the protein metabolism.
If you are into proper bodybuilding, you need 10-15 grams of glutamine per day. Just keep it in mind that you are already getting some glutamine from your diet.
