If you dilute your piss, like drinking an hour before testing 2 pint of warm water, take 1-3 gr. vit c with it. It releases uric acid, giving the impression of less dilution. That's the only thing I can think of.

I only have one other option.....

Just before they ask you to piss, so when you first walk in the room or something you need to say ‘I’ve got plans this afternoon so let’s crack on, then quickly drop your pants and piss all over the floor. Zip up and say ‘that all ok fellas?’

When they say what the fcuk you doing plead ignorance and say well isn’t that how it works.

That way you can sit there justifiably unable to go for longer than they have.....

this would work along with creatine to raise my creatinine levels and b vitamin for color.

also been downing fiber like a mother fuker. apparently it leaches on to fats in the blood stream which makes it easier to pass. I'm also taking tudca, which does the same but in the liver and gallbladder. also taking k1ngsguard by OL. so we will see.

I'm not to concerned. I like my job but if i fail I fail. no need to stress it. I'm doing everything I can to pass so. whatever. I can find another job.
 
I’d pound serious water. If instant you can pass it. If sent to lab they can detect dilution by creatinine levels and would make you retest (unless employer qualified that as a fail) buying you a few days time.

this is my plan. honestly I think with how much I had, and how long it's been since I had any before this. I think if I get 4 maybe 5 day I'll be fine even for a lab test.
 
To bad I didn't see this before. YOu could use CERTO, I have used for all my tests, even when on probation.

I packet of certo, it is canning and jarring stuff, basically just fruit pectin you can get at any grovery store. Drink one packet about 1-2 hours before you go to take a test with about a half gallon of water. The masking effects last about 3 hours. Make sure you pee at least 3 times before the test and they will not detect anything in the urine. However if they send it to a lab for the big time test then you could be in trouble.

Most companies unless insurance requires full on labs will just do an instant because it is much cheaper, and the Certo covers you for that.
How did you know you might be getting a random today?

thanks for the tip. also i found out they were doing random as a co-worker got selected and they usually do it over a span of 3 days. although I didn't get tested today and im out the door in 15. :)
 
This happened to me when i was working on a local 4bn dollar tunnel project yrs ago, hadnt smoked since the beginning because of random testing, then got selected on Monday morning (1 in 200 chance of being selected) two days after smoking the biggest joint i know how to roll.
Thought i was gone for sure but somehow i passed the test. Apparently if its just a cheap one it wont read positive unless you are a heavy habitual smoker or actually stoned at the time.

I might be too late but. Take it from a guy who was on parole and probation for years. One time after three years clean, especially assuming since you're on this forum you're in good shape and work out and stay super hydrated, prob 48 hours after smoking you should be cool. Just drink a **** tone of water and piss at least a few times that day before the test, with some b vitamins to make it yellow. Time and sweating it out are the only things that really work but it think you'll be straight

Yes, both elbows fugged up too and a bad cold with pain in sinuses -and nose shut. Its way better now -but I needed rest.

Got on the trestolone again. Got pharma caber and trying a moderate/high dose of trest(32mg/d).
Current cycle as of today is:
80mg t-bol/d
500mg test/w
32mg/d trestolone ace
0.5mg caber eod
0.5mg adex ed

Saving ralox for after the cycle. If nipple trouble arises, will drop the trest again. Only a few weeks to go for final pic of competition, going full in now.

I do them about every 3rd trap workout, I would like to get a Hex Bar for them .

Yes, they work! Traps getting bigger. It seems my traps are slow twitch fiber dominant, now doing more volume -and only twice a month heavy. They are now clearly visible from the front, always had trouble growing them.

Yes, theoretically they should grow from roids alone, as they are packed with androgen receptors. Not in my case. We all have our genetically weaknesses. I'm genetically gifted in my belly region, no growth problems at all.

I train traps for over 35 years and still don't have any !!
