I got a bottle of Radiate caps. I started using yesterday with a split dose 1 cap first thing and 1 cap 6-8 hrs later. I'll try and log any thoughts I have on it.
So far, I haven't noticed any thermo effects from it. It takes 20+ minutes to feel anything.

-Yesterday I spaced the dosage 9 hrs apart. I noticed the same effects both times.

-Today i took first dose at 5:00AM for my morning commute. No crazy burst of energy, just enough to wake me up and get my day started. Didn't notice any appetite suppression either. Now getting into 11:00 AM hour i'm starting to feel the energy wind down and almost gone. I'll try my 2nd dose right now and see if I notice anything different than yesterday's 9 hr gap. Tomorrow I'll dose 2 pills first thing tomorrow and take notes.
 
I’m a fan of the radiate capsules and powder. I’ve tried them both in different ways. 1 scoop and 1 capsule is a serious winner! If you don’t have the powder I’ll also do 2 capsules together sometimes

Curious; what does OG DM throughout the day stand for?

This is Day 4 using the radiate caps and I honestly expected better effects than the powder version :/ Maybe it's because I've been feeling under the weather (sinus) since early monday? not sure.
Yesterday (day 86) i dosed the caps as 2 in the morning. Slightly better energy and the thermo effects were minimal, and little bit better focus. I still felt the effects taper off by lunch time. No appetite suppression. I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt and say it's me feeling a bit sick. Ate some garlic last night and woke up feeling a bit better.

Days Breakdown:
-84: Jump rope cardio
-85: ~2 hr yard work consisting of landscape demolition and leveling for our garden area (remodeling it). Afterwards I did, ~15 minute jump rope intervals
-86: ~1.5 mile run
-87: Planned light walking for today and Split dose radiate.

As I suspected, feeling under the weather was interfering with radiate. My 2nd dose from yesterday hit much better.
This morning (day 5 radiate) i took 2 pills first thing and I felt better thermo effect and way better energy and a “happy” mood feeling. Not overly stim or jitters.

Day 1 kicked my ass. Radiate felt much better today. Drank some coffee around 3pm.. i didn’t need it i just wanted to get Lit haha. Ghost pump is legit. Loved it.
 
I'm guessing over the next week as you start to feel much better that everything is going to be working better and better for you ;-)

Felt some great pumps, but not feeling too sore. Maybe the soreness will kick in later.
Quick notes on radiate 2 caps first thing:
-Slight stomach nausea for about 5 min right before the slight euphoric aspect kicks in. the energy doesn't hit hard. No appetite suppression and very slight thermo.
-I honestly, prefer the powdered version.

I am commenting on yesterday's workout (chest & back). That concludes 1 week of Chef Bob's custom routine for me. I am loving it. All workouts have kicked my ass!
I forgot to mention I have been doing about a mile walk during lunch. Today is a rest day split Radiate dose and stick to walking.

Last nights workout left me obliterated. I actually was able to get 8 hrs of rest Wednesday night and noticed the effects of Radiate are more pronounced. Interesting how an extra hour of sleep makes so much difference. I felt some cold sweats after 3.5-4 hrs taking 2 pills and I never crashed throughout the day. Today is upper body and i've already taken 2 caps of radiate first thing in AM.

I needed some caffeine for my workout as I was tired from the beach (volleyball). Picked up some nike zoom commands and tried them out. Felt great and were a huge stepup to my old chucks haha

I think I might take my daughter to see Jurassic World tonight. Rampage was a fun movie. We just bought it on Vudu, just enjoyable entertainment but won't win any awards. Already watched it twice though.

I would love to take my dog to the beach but I think he would just about die out there in that heat... Plus the slobber woud just be OUT OF CONTROL WITH HIM!!!!

Ended up taking 2 rest days... well technically 1. Saturday went to my cousins house and we ended up playing racketball at the gym for 1.5 hrs then we got a bench session in for a quick chest pump haha. Yesterday, i did some jump roping and can now do double-unders! today i'll be doing upper body. I took a cheat meal yesterday with some pizza hut and didn't hesitate with 4 slices and french fries.

My family kept telling me I looked jacked this weekend (i haven't seen them in a while).
I have 1 week left of radiate caps.

Leg extensions kicked my ass today.
 
Radiate Final Review (I have a handful of days worth left, but I don't see my thoughts changing)
Good as a coffee replacement in the AM.. but haven’t noticed much aside from that.
-no appetite suppression
-compared to powdered version, less cold sweats, less euphoria
-nauseating feeling for a few minutes about 20-30 minutes after consumption.
-moderate energy and not overly stimmed. No jitters.

Some of the above can be seen as cons/pros, but for me I really enjoy the appetite suppression and hard hitting thermo-like feeling from the powdered version. In my honest opinion, I would go with the powdered version I had last year over the capsule version and I woudn't purchase the capsule version. I had higher expectations with this version. Diet on deficit and training is going to dictate the amount of fat “burned”, so I was really expecting some superb appetite suppression, but no go on that. I get better appetite suppression with a cup of coffee and amino creamer in the morning.

Finished off the last day of week 3 on Friday at a different gym and felt cool not seeing the same faces . Start of week 4 today. Squat weight increased and had a great and challenging workout. Actually lost weight over the weekend from not eating enough. Dropped off the wife at the airport today and will be meeting up with her on Thursday so a mini trip/ vacation coming up soon. Meal prepped enough to last me through Wednesday, so i’m ready to crush it this week with Tuesday planned as my active rest.

Awesome session with great mind muscle connection and pumps. My legs are still wrecked from Sunday.. I should recover after today. Hunger is way up today and had to eat earlier than usual and still hungry. I'm guessing from the brutal leg workout. Loving the routine

Yesterday hit legs and back and had a huge sushi dinner post workout. Felt great. Today i drove 6.5 hrs. Checked in to my wife’s room and hit the gym with some ghost pump. Arms and shoulders. Wow it felt great! Mind muscle connection felt great.

Not following chef bobs routine this week. Doing an upper/lower to ease the wife back in (she's been out of the gym for a couple of weeks). Workout really cooked me though and feeling real sore today. Dialed it back on my caffeine as well. Want to clean up my body a bit before jumping into the CL red light promo I won. Weight went up from the weekend (drinking and food un-monitored haha, but had to live it up). Hoping I move down again this week.
