Well, couldn't stay off of the caffeine. Decided to go with 1/2 scoop of Focus XT for noots and low stim content + 1 scoop ENDUR3 pre/intra. Had my Ergonine later in the day.

Dirty bulk in full effect, up 4 lbs, lol. Between the lack of emphasis on cardio, creatine water weight kicking in, and all of the celebratory food / drink this weekend for my daughter's bday, it's not all clean weight. But that's what bulks are for, right?!

Muscles felt super full today. Could be the 1MR+ENDUR3. Could've been the tacos and quesadilla I housed right before. Who knows?!

Tried to mix up grips a bit today and ensure I was increasing weights on sets. Had my supp order come in yesterday - 5 lber of whey, Dymatize protein bars for free, box of Sinfit protein cookies (can't wait to try these), and some fish oils.

Cotton Candy Bang is decent flavored, but too sweet / artificial for me. Pretty spot on with flavor, but it's a lot for a 16 oz drink. Also picked up some Sinfit Birthday Cake protein cookies, and I honestly think they're a bit overrated. I mean, the flavor again is good, but it's still doesn't taste like a true cookie. Chewiness is there, flavor of birthday cake rings true, but it's missing the "cookie" part. I actually think this would be better without the frosting, that just makes it over the top. Don't get me wrong, I like them. But at the end of the day, it doesn't replace a real cookie.

Mentally have been struggling, but trying to keep myself on track with working out and getting my protein intake in. Weight this week reflected at 175.0 (+0#). Will be traveling this week, but plan to workout on the road and bring supps.

Gym workout, terrible location here. Smallest gym room ever, and super crowded. Only DBs to 50#, every single cardio machine taken up and felt like a sauna. Lucky it was only shoulder day.

Log didn't save... Weight this morning still at 175# (+0#). Will try bumping cals. Although, shirts have been fitting a bit tighter in the shoulders/chest (good), but also pants are getting tight in the waist (bad).

Thanks, it just occasionally acts up while doing certain movements. Pull ups and overhead movements generally.

Got some new fresh workout gear and supplements from G Code Nutrition. Used 2 scoops VICE pre. Not a fan of the flavor, Cherry Swola, as it has a very medicinal smell / flavor. But the effect was spot on, right level of wakefulness (310 mg caffeine), good sweat.

Ended up getting home around 1 AM on Thursday, so didn't get a workout in on Friday. Was wiped yesterday, so also skipped. But today I got in my back workout.

Sorry for lack of updates, but illness took me out all last week. Could barely get out of bed and was exhausted so no workouts at all. Last week was just not a good week for me in general. But the long weekend was much needed to reset.

Weight suffered from not really eating much last week either. Down to 173.0# (-3.5#) and 17.1% BF, so weight down and bodyfat up... Stress / anxiety I think is also taking a toll. Been waking up middle of the night too. I may look into ashwaghanda KSM-66 to see if that helps things...

Picked up some Sinfit Chocolate Chip Cookies and Hyde Power Potion Winter Blast The Solution - chocolate chip cookies taste like chocolate brownies, better flavor in my opinion than birthday cake. Hyde Power Potion is definitely sweeter than Bang and Monster. Almost too sweet. I'd say Winter Blast is more of a tropical fruit flavor than the White Monster is.

Woke up at 174# (+1.0#). Starting a new stack this morning:

BLR Vector, Letrone, and Rebirth. brundel TheMovement justhere4comm Above consists of a natural anabolic, AI and SERM, so a bit of growth (a lot of users reporting weight gain) plus anti-estrogenic compounds.

Also running KSM-66 in the AM as mentioned, OL sup3r PCT, and SNS ReduceXT. This part of the stack is more around natural test production and cortisol reduction. I've run most of this together before, so the new additions really are only Vector and ReduceXT.

Basics always are a multi, extra Vit D and fish oils. Stim pre and BCAAs intra varies. Today went with FocusXT + ENDURE3 + 1/2 scoop WMS. Here we go!

Went for almost an hour walk/hike this morning in high elevation out here in Utah. Good cardio and leg exercise, given the hotel gym had no leg machines / squat rack. Did shoulders instead.

Rainy morning drained my motivation from waking up this morning. Weight at 175.5# (+1.5#). Got on the bike to do some cardio, plus TRX giant sets of squats (3x15), alt lunges (3x10), calf raises (3x12). 3x12 TRX hamstring curls thrown in at the end for good measure.

Nice job in here. That cookie looks delicious! I also noticed a pic prior of some shops you had including bars. Have you had a chance to give the PEScience protein bars a try? I definitely suggest ordering some they are amazing! Keep up the good work!

I'm in the process of expanding my home gym. I have some equipment but am hoping to be able to cancel my gym membership by the end of the month and just workout at home. I figure I lose so much time each night driving through traffic and gas in my truck isn't exactly cheap. Just makes more sense.

Haha, maybe. Only have a barbell set that adds 75# to the bar, so roughly 100# total. I occasionally makeshift hang weights on the bar to go heavier, but it's just awkward for some movements. Especially any off the floor. DB expansion goes to 70s though.

I have quite the sweet tooth so cookies always intrigue me. Definitely worth giving the PES bars a try brother. The fudge brownie flavor is slowly becoming my favorite. White chocolate raspberry held the top spot for me since release but it's damn close. You won't be disappointed.

And I follow quite a few logs and threads to keep tabs on things but don't always post. I'll be tagging along brother.

Good deal man. Most people don't realize how damn expensive plates, dumbbells etc are until they shop for them. Luckily so many people fad in and out so often you can find deals on barely used equipment for a fraction of the cost/worth.
