ummm I disagree. i don't know what edibles yourr making. as edibles fuk me up, and almost everyone I know says the same.
I mean the first time I ate them yeah it f***ed me up. But now I eat like a quarter to a half a cookie cause I only take it to help me sleep, not to get high

Same here. I used to not be able to function without it. I would smoke weed all day every day. Since the first time i quit thouvh every time ive tried getting back into it i cant. Makes me so retarded i cant do anything lol
 
What frustrates me more is, that neck exercises consume a lot of time. Its 4 exercises x 3 sets = 12 sets total. For some, that would be a whole workout day. Have to make my gym sessions longer to get those in. Rotator cuff is the same dilemma, also 12 sets.
Just do some neck bridges at home and you will be good to go... No need for special equipment.

You forgot glute activation drills. If you have hyperlordosis you also very likely have a bit of gluteal amnesia as well. Activation drills will help correct that tilt. Especially if you can loosen up the hip flexors at the same time.

Eating it in a cookie is much better and will help sleep greatly. All you need is 10 sticks of butter and a gallon ziploc of weed, and a slow cooker. Cook until mixed well then strain through cheese cloth, and put in the refrigerator to cool and harden

I also use about a shot of vodka to to help with the extraction into the butter. which I get is a negated by the fact that I leave the material in it. but idk. hahahah

it is way stonger with shot or 4 added in the butter, but only if you are straining it. all the alcohol is evaporated out too.

Vapes just get me that head high which is great but can't compete with the "Sit your ass down you are stoned!" feeling you get from actually smoking. I think it is something else in the plant that is released at the point of actual combustion that gets you truly stoned. Yeah it takes a true stoner to know the difference.

**** 8 years old??? that too young i was 16 maybe 17 for me. I rarely smoke but I love it. also if vapes don't get you "sit your azz in the couch high" you don't have a good vape. hahah

Sit on the couch high and stoned are far from the same thing. There is a level of haze required. I have a bad ass bagged vape, I have vape pens and use anywhere from 80-94% THC oils in them. I am not saying you can't get plowed with them, it is just not the same feeling as being stoned. Nothing compares to combusting good flower for that feeling.

For example, I can get the eyes a little squirrely vision wise, so enough to get some of the hallucinogenic effects out of it, and find myself standing in a room for 5 minutes wondering why I am there but still not feel stoned. Just high as hell. If I smoke a bowl of good regular, or some dro though... the silly and goofy side of me comes out, I get munchies like a mofo, and that full body buzz that vapes are lacking. Some people don't like to get stoned, but I do. I like it much better than being high. When High sometimes I can forget I am high until something like forgetfulness or blinking while looking at a light reminds me I am.

I agree, 8 years old was way to early but my teenage delinquent step brothers thought it was funny to get me high and have me do stupid things to entertain them... They were like 16 so I thought it was cool that they thought I was cool for doing it and well it was fun... I still remember the ass whoopin my step dad threw them when he found out they were getting me high too. Was an old school beat down with lots of bruising. Didn't stop any of us though.
 
lots say to do brigdes bit I disagree. you end up using hip flexors making the problems worse. leg press with legs ultra high is one of the best ways.

One legged leg press with foot high on the platform while trying to slide your foot down the platform toward the ground will REALLY activate them. OH my is that intense. I had forgotten about that. NICE!

I am trying to picture how hip bridge work the hip flexors, do you mean during the eccentric portion of the lift? I am thinking of bridging with chest up and back toward the ground to do this, which should actually stretch the flexors in the top position not contract them. Am I not thinking of the same movement you are referring too?

We make a ton of butter, and keep probably 4-5 sticks for ourselves. The guy we get it from we give the rest back to and he sells it in his shop. He gives us the stuff for free, and we make the butter for him, and keep enough for us as payment. Then my wife will make no bakes, and my favorite white chocolate macadamia for me. And we wrap them and put them in the freezer. I only use it, when I have trouble sleeping. Better than melatonin. Lol

I do have chronic heartburn that is a major factor.

Once I fall into sleep and my throat muscles relax, the airway closes.
I'm 5,7 205 42 years old. He said at 40 is when most start getting it.

Okay, I see. So that could be minimized by dropping the hips quickly, and for activation specifically I am assuming no weight added, and an extreme glute contraction at the top. So I don't think that would exacerbate it much.

Now weighted bridge with much focus on the negative I totally agree with you there. Creating tissue damage while trying to increase flexibility is not conducive to getting the muscle to relax and lengthen.

If you are willing to commit to a CPAP and need one, they are guaranteed gains. Imagine living with insufficient GH & low energy, then suddenly being able to quadruple your sleep and being able to train harder easier and recover faster. Everyone reports more muscle and lower body fat when getting on them. To say nothing of health and safety, which is the primary benefit.

I really wish I could use mine. I have bad sleep apnea. However I cannot fall asleep with my cpap on. Even if I take something to force myself asleep, I'll take it off in my "sleep". No matter what I try with my cpap I can't use it. I tried mouth peices and I do the same thing.

Nah, no tropical storm -but a cold front from the antarctic. It's winter here. Temperatures are dropping fast and frost will kill my plantation. Have to literally cut off all plants, storage them and replant them in spring. All in ONE fugging day, before night falls, about 300-400 plants.

I'm back.

Was reading hours on Trestolone acetate. Everyone seems to use HUGE dosages of it. It has a supposed anabolic/androgenic rating of 2300-650.
Test is 100/100. Average dosage used is 50mg ED or EOD.

50mg trest/ed would be the equivalent of using 1150mg testosterone x day!
No wonder that the side effects are hard to control.

I'm using 500mg test/w and 80mg t-bol/d. Gonna try using 7.5mg/eod trest acetate on top of it. 7.5mg would be like 172.5mg/eod of additional test (equivalent to roughly over 1gr of test/week)!
With the difference, that trest does not bind to shbg -and should therefore be a nice addition.

Lets see if it does something at such a micro dose....

Edit, wait.... There is an error in my thinking... trest aces half life is relatively short... It does not sum up over the week that much.

This is where the anabolic calculator brings some issues I think.
If you've notice, there is so much more of a 2 sided thing with anavar than most any other aas.....always been the same, I would guess its because people say its 3 times anabolicly "stronger" than test.....but in reality it takes other factors to make its 320vs100 rating work "stronger".
Im suspecting trest to be somewhat like this.
I like your idea, if you could get trest enenthate you could try it.
