I see that you have reduced your cal intake. Was this just an off day or you're going to maintain at 1700-1800 cals this phase?
You’re making some good progress man. Keep grinding. I can definitely see some fat loss in the mid section and love handles. Chest is a little better. Good improvement overall.
It’s very slow progress but like we talked before, the diet is sustainable and I don’t see myself changing it, since it is working. Thanks
Half day update on day 68.
Took a bit less of 1/2 scoop of OG DM.
-woke me up fine
-cold periodic shivers for about 3 hrs, but no actual cold sweat
-suppressed my appetite enough for me to notice. Usually my stomach fees like a void by the time i eat breakfast and lunch. I was still hungry but not starving.
Was it MP Wreckage or something else? What’s Phase 4?
Yea wreckage. Phase 4 is what i have been posting this week. Supersets at around 4x10 rep range. First post of my thread i explained the program i was doing. It’s just a bit higher volume and less rest periods.
