You’re making some good progress man. Keep grinding. I can definitely see some fat loss in the mid section and love handles. Chest is a little better. Good improvement overall.

in the mornings I usually drink coffee, or an energy bcaa, just enough to wake me up for my morning commute. Starting tomorrow I am going to use my OG dragons mist re1gn. I've used it before 1/2 scoop or less and it gives me the sweats. I want to test it out for the remainder of this phase.
