Tae Kwon Do. Well, actually Ko Am Mu Do, which was founded by four grandmasters that incorporates several traditional Martial Arts such as Tae Kwon Do , Hapkido, Jiu Jitsu and weapon techniques. I also wrestled in school haha.

Thanks man. I'm admittedly a little out of practice since I wrestled, played football, and started lifting seriously. But it's like riding a bike; you never really forget. I did do a little instructing for some younger kids last year (I spent some time refreshing my forms and technique), and my flexibility is what I really need to get back more than anything. I think I'll pick it back up a little more now, so thanks for that; I did get something out of this thread after all.

Just so you know Mary was the only Virgin in the bible, and when I said let a hooker wash your feer with her hair. That was another Mary, who was a disciple of Jesus and is actually pictured in the last supper to the right of Jesus or to Jesus' left. But you should know that with your 190 IQ

But even Mary wasn't a virgin her entire life. She had kid(s) later (Jesus' half brother(s) I guess).

I'm the same. With HS, and College football, amd then the Army and then beimg injured I have been out of it for a while. But now that I am doing better I may try opening up a school to teach combatives
