Yeah that first 3 weeks is just CNS retraining then you will be back close to some of your numbers. Don't let it get you down.

It was so crazy, guys! Like my feet wouldn’t stay still. Of course, I didn’t have on the right shoes but sh*t, you’d think I’d have more stability.

Signed my daughter up for a membership at one of the local gyms. It’s where her bf goes...may be an gym addict very soon! She seems to be starting to really like it! She’s even counting her calories to start trying to gain weight(she’s only 92lbs 5’5” @17 years old) She wants to be “more normal size” I’ve very proud of her efforts! I’ve been able to go in with her twice and show her some exercises. Slowly trying to teach her nutrition as well! Sucker already has abs popping! She will be one to show results quickly with her tiny frame!!

Yes! Lol, I was thinking the same thing until the one hour hike back turned into 3 hours and my friend having an asthma attack! Lol, I was like F Mother Nature but I’m ok now. Sore as hell but good.

Went to the gym yesterday after work bc hubby was out of town(and I slept “in” till 5:45) The gym was full of teenagers...couldn’t decide weather I wanted to hit them or go binge eat and feel sorry for myself! ?
