But if I were to have a frog farm it would be bufo alvarius, aka the Colorado River toad, which creates the world's most amazing, beautiful, and mystical compound know to man..... 5-meo-dmt!!!!! And those frogs would only eat flies, flies that were laced with lsd.

Oh for sure. DMT I can use a few times a year but one total time with 5-meo-dmt is enough. I don't regret taking it but I won't take it again. It was to much; however, I do feel it is something everyone should try once. I'll go into more detail about my experience when I have more time.
 
Needs a partner...well, that is the problem. All my training partners quit on me, because I used to touch them inappropriately while spotting.
No you don't need a partner, you can be your own resistance, towel wrapped around back of head, pull forward while pulling the head back, towel around the forehead, pull back while pushing head forward, towel on one side of heal pull to other while moving head to opposite side...

You can also just use a band put it around the head pull in the opposite direction you are moving your head to create tension then move head backwards forward or sideways against resistance of bands.

With both of these methods you are in complete control of how much resistance you have on your neck. If you need it to be harder use more arms to create more resistance.

They all want a piece of you. :)

Today gym was without electricity. Dark like inside a monkeys butt. I did a bit of everything anyway , using my phone as a light source.
 
Had still doms from the overhead shrugs, did them again....because I'm a masochist, LOL

I tried them yesterday and did not get muck out of them, I must have been doing something wrong ??

So the same thing you do every time your in a monkeys butt. A little bit of everything and shine a light on it so you don't miss a thing.

Maybe, you should do a quick video of them. Maybe you are using more shoulder than trap. Are you doing them from a front rack position or arms extended and locked out overhead?

Seated, with the straight back rest, under the smith press is my way to go. It inhibits arching of the back -and you don't have to do the overhead press first, to get the bar up (bad shoulders).

Planned was a cut -but my discipline sucks azz. I'm eating clean, good food -but too much. Instead of losing weight, I gained 6 pounds.
IMHO, its mainly glycogen retention from the test and a bit of muscles, not too much fat. Looking more roundish, T-shirts filled out.
Upped the LGD dose from 5mg to 10mg/day. No perceived negative sides yet.

Nah...no such thing. Not after some years of training. Would be great -but...nah. IMHO its a myth, unless you just started weight lifting -or you have VERY gifted genes.
You have awesome Jeans...Your German. I seen guys in Bavaria wear skinny Jeans. Lol
 
They have those "Front doors". Its to avoid fishing for the noodle, it falls right out.
