Finished 2 bottles back to back of soma-mk677 didn’t do a thing for me ran 2 caps for a month went up to 3 for a couple weeks then back down to 2 till I ran out, weird dreams first couple weeks but probably wasn’t the mk, disappointed
You didn't gain a single pound? That would be HIGHLY unusual--like almost impossible--because even people that don't gain any muscle (because they don't know how to eat and/or train, or they are very advanced and gains are slow) ALWAYS gain at least some bodyweight due to water retention.
As you can see in the thread, it's a pretty universal side effect. Not gaining any water (e.g. bodyweight) would be like using Anadrol and gaining no weight. It just doesn't happen, even if no muscle is gained. Now, if someone is very small (say 165 lbs at 5'9) they won't gain as much water (and therefore bodyweight) because they have less body mass to begin with, but even those people usually put on at least 3-5 pounds. I've never seen a SINGLE person say they gained no water/weight--not on this board or anywhere else.
..and the dreams probably WERE from the product, as it is a COMMONLY reported side effect. It always sucks when muscle fiber isn't gained after taking a product, but it even happens to some guys using steroids. They just don't know how to train and eat for growth. I knew a guy back in 2007 who said he wanted some AAS to get bigger. He was MAYBE 150 lbs at 5'10. He said he had used AAS before, but that they were all fake because he didn't get any bigger. In reality, he said he gained 3-4 pounds (likely just water), but in his mind he didn't count that as getting bigger because he expected to gain 20+ pounds. Well, I gave him some of my own Superdrol, which I had used 2 dozen times and knew was excellent. 30 days later he was 3 pounds heavier and accused me of giving him fake stuff. Needless to say, after I found out how he was training and eating it wasn't surprising that he gained only a few pounds of intramuscular water.
In general, everyone will gain at least some weight with MK-677, even if it is just water weight. It's like the other guy here here who said MK did "nothing" for him, yet when he was pushed he admitted to gaining several pounds, which he considered "nothing" because he didn't "like" watery weight gains.
There are generally only two kinds of people who won't make gains with MK-677--those who are already very advanced and struggle to make gains even with AAS...or beginners (from a development standpoint) that aren't training and/or eating properly. Anyone...and I mean ANYONE who is a relative beginner from a development standpoint can make EXCELLENT gains in 8 weeks with NO supps/drugs...and if he isn't he is doing something wrong...period...because those with relatively small amounts of muscle mass can gain muscle SO EASILY when they know what they're doing.
I gained 41 pounds of mostly fat-free bodyweight in my first 8 weeks of serious training at 22 years old...and 63 pounds in my first year. I went from 167 lbs to 208 lbs in 8 weeks...and then jumped up to 230 lbs over the following 9 months for a combined total of 63 pounds in one year....and truth be told, I was NOT training or eating as well as I could have been during those 9 months. I was 100% drug-free as well. All I used was creatine and Mega-Mass 4000 (anyone remember that nasty garbage? I was a kid, what can I say).
Now, if someone under those circumstances adds in a clinically proven muscle builder like MK-677 (1,000's of users have claimed to have gained 10-20 lbs in 4-8 weeks) and he STILL gains nothing, the fault is ON HIM. Of course, this isn't intentional, but even people with the WORST genetics can gain very impressive amounts of muscle mass in a very short period of time when they are relative beginners...and if they aren't making good gains they are doing something majorly wrong. Gaining muscle is a science. You do the right things and you grow...period. This stands true for all those who are still far from reaching their natural genetic limit. No one who has only gained 15-20 pounds of muscle mass since they started training should be struggling to gain additional muscle mass, especially when adding a clinically proven PED like MK-677 into their program. The first 40 pounds should come fairly quickly--for everyone--unless the person is quite short and even then progress should remain fairly consistent until they eventually get there.
Or, perhaps you are very large...like 100 pounds above your starting weight? Even then such a person will gain a very large amount of bodyweight, as they are probably at least 250 lbs at that point...or bigger. In these people gains of 8-15 pounds in the first 30 days is the "norm". Of course, some seem to hold less water than others, but this is very common. I know a guy from Pro Muscle (another board) who started using Somatozine. He was 373 pounds (yes, 373 lbs) when he began using it...and in 30 days he weighed 403 lbs. He gained 30 pounds by adding MK (only) into his program. Wes has posted the results of people gaining 25 pounds in a couple months. There are literally 1,000's of people who have made impressive bodyweight gains with MK...and 100's of them have been Somatozine users. In fact, Somatozine is very well reviewed all across the boards.
I would be very interested to see what you look like. My guess is you are probably not too far away from your initial starting weight (because very developed guys NEVER say they gain no weight from MK--ever). I mean no offense in saying that, as we've all been there at one time or another, but the ONLY people I've seen claim that MK did "nothing" for them were relatively small and light guys who only gained 3-4 pounds. Because most of it was water and they don't really know how to eat and train for muscle growth, they become disappointed with the results. Most often they start saying things like "MK is worthless", etc...and even if they did experience side effects it is known for, such as intense dreams, they start saying they doubt it was even from the MK (despite it being the most likely cause).
I get it. These people are pissed because they feel like they wasted their money, so they get resentful and start slandering the product in subtle ways, such as when you denied that MK was the cause of your new and unusual dreams, even though everyone knows this is a very commonly reported side effect. Comments such as this are really just veiled accusations of product illegitimacy (i.e bunk), but most people don't want to come right out and say that when they know that 200 other people on the board all reported great results. So, they lash out without making direct accusations, but this is just misdirected anger; a way of venting their frustrations at not being able to make gains. After all, it is easier to blame a product than it is to blame oneself, especially when it is something important to them.
So, please let me know if you gained any weight (I hope you were weighing yourself) and if you did, how much. If you aren't sure how much weight you gained, please let me know what group you fall into (very large, which means 80-100 lbs over your beginning weight...or relatively undeveloped, which means 20 pounds or less away from your beginning weight. Also, including your height would be helpful because there is a big difference between someone who is 6'2 and 5'6 when it comes to weight gain.
I have a feeling (I could be wrong, but we'll find out when we see your pics and read your response) that supplementation isn't the issue here. If you are struggling to make gains and REALLY want to grow I will take you on as a client--for free--if you log your results on this board. I am willing to put in 100%, but ONLY if you are. I am way too busy to waste my time. Why am I offering this? Two reasons. One, I am in a helpful mood and two, I think it would be cool for the board to see how quickly someone can grow when they are doing things correctly. If you need supps and you're short on cash, I would be willing to provide you with any research chem you need at the same cost I pay for it.
If you are in the position I think you are, I could see you gaining 20-30 pounds within a short time. However, before you answer, you need to know that DIET is absolutely critical and MUST be adhered to day in and day out. It can be done fairly cheaply if you're willing to eat plain, basic foods on a regular basis. Lastly, if you are the kind of person who wants to bring out his 6-pack while getting bigger...or refuses to add even one pound of bodyfat, I not going to waste my time because those people will never get big, especially as drug-free lifters. Even drug users can't get "big" doing that crap. Today there are too many guys with no meaningful muscle development who just want to "recomp"...and as a result they stay small forever. They are going about it all wrong. There is no need to become a fat-ass when gaining size, but trying to lose fat while maximizing muscle growth will NEVER happen. In fact, it makes the task 100X harder--impossible, actually.
I could have you all wrong, but I'm willing to bet you are making a whole lot of mistakes that are disrupting your potential progress. You would probably make gains a whole lot faster when working with someone who knows how to get the job done.
