Please explain why someone cannot get all of their protein from supplements. Do you have anything showing an upper threshold/limit of protein powder absorption in the adult human body? Is there some literature we've all missed stating that "in order to continue living, one
must vary their protein sources. If protein powder is chosen as the sole source for protein consumption, a human will........die!" ??
And sure, it may not be the ideal or healthiest choice (and really, any sane person would likely run into adherence issues after a while) to try and get all your protein intake in supplement form, as
muscleupcrohn alluded to. But to say it's simply not possible is, for a few reasons, a tad nutty.
Do you feel okay? Holiday hangover? You replied to that particular post of mine two or three times. Also, are you now saying my post is "common sense" or that I "have no common sense"? Because you replied with the latter in your first responses to me.
